Humans did NOT evolve from the common ancestor of Apes

Dear Riverwolf, There is NO Odin

Yes there is. :angel2:

I know. When many Gods were calling to me, his was the loudest and strongest of them all.

Far as I'm concerned, your God is actually two: none other than El, the Canaanite Sky God, and the Canaanite Storm God whose name is lost to history but is referenced in the Tetragrammaton. But I don't believe either of these Gods wrote a single word of the Biblical canon, any more than I believe Hávamál is actually, well, Hávamál (an Edda lay whose title translates to "Sayings of Hár"; Hár is one of Odin's names.)

Therefore, I do not believe I am disagreeing with any God in this case. I disagree with many Gods, as they disagree with each other all the time (I openly call Zeus a misogynistic prick). But this time, my disagreement is only with people who lived long ago.

Dear Luis, Ever heard the song about Old Buddha? It was very popular in the 80s. Here is some of the song. Old Buddha was a man, and I'm sure that he meant well, but I pray for his disciples lest they wind up in Hell. God Bless you.

In Love,
Aman

Coming early?

Sometimes I really have to wonder. Do people seriously have that kind of worry?

And music.

And while it is off-topic, one would expect to meet some Buddhist Saints there as well, if their vows were succesfull.

Actually, if I understand how nirvana is supposed to work, wouldn't I expect to not find any Buddhists anywhere, since their "souls" are, well, nirvana?

Buddhist saints, particularly in the Mahayana tradition, and specifically in the Jodo Shinshu school, are expected to refuse Nirvana until everyone is warranted a ticket.

And I still say Man did not evolve from the ape.....
It was a matter of manipulation.

See Chapter Two of Genesis.

Man is the product of an alteration.
Ape to Man....yeah.

By evolution?....nay.

So...God is not allowed to tweak His creation?
No he is not, that is a clear and direct violation of the shadow proclamation Article 16 paragraph 192 where it clearly says "no tweaking". If God did do this he is in a lot of trouble. :tsk:

And if He had refrained our troubles would have overwhelmed our life and living, long before now.

That is a fascinating alien type hypothesis but there is no evidence to back that claim up. Humans diverged from fellow apes. Have you ever looked in a mirror? You even still have your tail bone.

Bible Believer
Evolution is a type of change that occurs over long periods of time. If God made everything perfectly as it should be, why is there so much change? Do you refute that creatures can change over long periods of time? It is a simple fact that everything changes over time. You cannot refute this.---

Dear Runewolf, I agree that Evolution or change within His kinds is a Fact. The only problem I have with Evolution is caused by the Speculators who Falsely teach that Humans evolved from Apes. This is impossible since Humans were made BEFORE every other living creature. Gen 2:4-7

Those who falsely teach that Humans evolved from the common ancestor of Apes, have NO evidence to support their Fantasy. God Bless you.

In Love,
Aman
