I have seen at least a dozen different contradictory and insane ideas coming from people who interpret Genesis "literally". And they all think that their idea is "obvious".

Just because someone can twist something to make it fit Genesis is not evidence that it is true. Something can "fit Genesis" and still be false.

If you notice that it does NOT agree with the traditional religious story of the Creation, I am happy. God's Truth does NOT agree with theology of ancient goatherders who lived thousands of years BEFORE Science.

God's Truth MUST agree with EVERY discovery of Science and History or it is NOT God's Truth, but instead, is merely myth and the religious views of ancient men. In order to really understand Genesis one MUST know the latest Scientific discoveries. God Bless you.
