I don't need to watch CNN...He is not that far from daddy

Donald Trump's father was arrested at Ku Klux Klan riot in New York in 1927, records reveal

In 1927, Donald Trump’s father was arrested after a Ku Klux Klan riot in New York

Underlined the key words for you, and made them red.

Nearly everyone south of 1960's would be perceived as a racist by modern convention. And, your point was? :D

This is like saying because my grandfather was racist (and he was, by modern definition), so was my dad, and so am I. It's so utterly absurd it's barely worth addressing other than to have a laugh at your expense, which I assure you am doing right now. :D

Trump'a decisions represents the people who elected him. He doesn't represent an open border, but a controlled access border, So how can he represent those who want an open border?

Though his decisions affects the country as a whole, he represents the ideals that got him elected.

I was directly responding to your suggestion that he has hatred for people who lack common sense. Hatred for his own countrymen (since surely you don't think all Americans have common sense - whatever that means) is not a good trait in a leader.

Jesus, your attempt at being clever was very futile...You ever heard of the term "the apple does not fall from the tree?" I also cited other examples but you thought it was clever to highlight something so obvious?

Most Americans say Trump is racist, poll finds

Nearly half of white Americans think Trump is racist

Opinion | Donald Trump’s Racism: The Definitive List

"Trump’s real-estate company tried to avoid renting apartments to African-Americans in the 1970s and gave preferential treatment to whites, according to the federal government."

"Trump treated black employees at his casinos differently from whites, according to multiple sources. A former hotel executive said Trump criticized a black accountant: “Black guys counting my money! I hate it. … I think that the guy is lazy. And it’s probably not his fault, because laziness is a trait in blacks.”

"In 1989, Trump took out ads in New York newspapers urging the death penalty for five black and Latino teenagers accused of raping a white woman in Central Park; he argued they were guilty as late as October 2016, more than 10 years after DNA evidence had exonerated them."

"In 1989, on NBC, Trump said: “I think sometimes a black may think they don’t have an advantage or this and that. I’ve said on one occasion, even about myself, if I were starting off today, I would love to be a well-educated black, because I really believe they do have an actual advantage.”

"He began his 2016 presidential campaign with a speech disparaging Mexican immigrants as criminals and “rapists.”

"In December 2015, Trump called for a “a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States,” including refusing to readmit Muslim-American citizens who were outside of the country at the time."

"Trump said a federal judge hearing a case about Trump University was biased because of the judge’s Mexican heritage."

"He spent years suggesting that the nation’s first black president was born not in the United States but in Kenya, a lie that Trump still has not acknowledged as such."

"He called Puerto Ricans who criticized his administration’s response to Hurricane Maria “politically motivated ingrates.”

"He called some of those who marched alongside white supremacists in Charlottesville, Va., last August “very fine people.”

"Trump hired Steve Bannon as his campaign head and later White House chief strategist. Under Bannon’s leadership, the website Breitbart madewhite nationalism a central theme. It featured a section, for example, on “black crime.”

There is too much proof..
What a useless list of non-evidence. All of those are easily rebuttable. You’ve proved nothing but that you can cut and paste and regurgitate propaganda. Your post is an example of the “snow ball” fallacy. A fallacy of logos, “proving” a claim by overwhelming an audience ("snowing them under") with mountains of true but marginally-relevant documents, graphs, words, facts, numbers, information and statistics.

Ok...Contradict them

I find the irony some self-proclaimed Jew is defending this man who has hired people in his cabinet that are guilty of antisemitism.

It's a saying, but also patently illogical as if people do not have the ability to change their beliefs at a whim. I know a man that was racist in his youth, changed as he grew older, and married a Muslim woman. By your belief it's impossible to ever change these notions and it's absurd. Using your rational process this guy is still a racist, even though he has done everyone possible in his life to change that at this juncture.

I started a Catholic, went atheist, became a LaVeyan Satanist, went into theistic Satanism, flirted with Druidry, and now I'm into Advaita Vedanta. By your definition, it doesn't matter what I feel because my dad was a Catholic so I'd always be one. It's just silly...

Wow, if you even understood my post you wouldn’t ask because doing so confirms my point. But I’ll humor you and choose one to contradict. You wrote “"Trump treated black employees at his casinos differently from whites, according to multiple sources. A former hotel executive said Trump criticized a black accountant: “Black guys counting my money! I hate it. … I think that the guy is lazy. And it’s probably not his fault, because laziness is a trait in blacks.” Let’s look at this evidence. First the “former hotel executive” is not identified. So there is no way or corroborate or even confirm what he claims. Who is this anonymous source? Who knows? Does he even exist? Did he accurately represent what Trump said? Assuming Trump even said such a thing at all and that this anonymous source, again if he even existed, wasn’t lying, or the reporter is distorting it. This ersatz evidence would be laughed out of court as complete hearsay. So, there you go. That’s one contradicted.

Now as far as any antisemitism in the Trump administration I will say this. You have a lot of chutzpah telling Jews who is or isn’t an antisemite. We don’t need you to tell us who they are. Trump is no antisemite. Your attempt to paint him as one through guilt by association (to people who haven’t even been shown to actually be antisemites!) is repugnant. President Trump has helped Jews in great ways since taking office. For example by moving the US embassy to Jerusalem and standing up to Israeli adversaries such as Hamas. You are out of line.

In several polls cross culturally, people think Trump is racist. His constituents thinks he is racist. He hasn't changed his views since his daddy this is evident. I've shown from several sources that he is presumed to be racist.

It doesn't matter what they think, it matters what he thinks as that is actually what would make him racist. Anyway, it would just be a bandwagon argument or a strawman and both equally illogical without him making some overtly racist commentary himself.

So, was he a racist when he was palling around with the Democrats? :D It sure didn't seem to be a problem until he ran as a Republican, hmm... I wonder why... I think it's easier to figure out: He stopped giving them money. They only like people who give them money, lol.

At this point, I don't feel you have a mind of your own and this is just a religious argument. The thing with religious arguments is you are just going to believe what you want to believe, damn having any proof.

This is more than I can offer.

I just don't think he is but I wouldn't be surprise if he turns out to be.

He's a sexist for sure...

I don't like him or favor him, nor did I vote for him. I'm just being honest with my opinions.

Everyone is racist but me, I've concluded.

I believe there is only one race: Human.

Humans come in many colors, like cats. :D

According to European standards (I mean compared to what I hear and see in Europe, especially in Slavic countries), he is definitely not,
I think his wife definitely is (being from Europe),
Melania Trump Allegedly Gave The White House An Exorcism Because Of Obama’s ‘Demonic’ Artifacts
Now that's a broad brush approach to little Europe Sir. Western & Eastern are different worlds.

A moderate, well educated Eastern European pal of mine suggested that Europe should simply shoot illegal migrants on their way in. Yes, it would cause an international outcry, which is a good thing, as it would result in maximum publicity. He reckoned that after 30 or 40 such executions, migration would stop completely and there would be no more problems. He has a bunch of similar ideas when it comes to gypsies, muslims etc.

In his country he is considered a elite, bleeding-heart, western-leaning liberal by the nationalists who he doesn't agree with because they're too extreme.

Yea, it is written in the Book of Cyril...
Simple question based off CNN.....If so, why? If not, why not?

It's very difficult to say for sure what someone's internal, personal thoughts on a subject are. So it is possible that Trump isn't racist. However, he uses racism to further political and business interests, not to mention says and does stuff that suggest significant racial bias. So, while I'm not willing to make any claims about the guy's inner beliefs, he sure as heck ACTS like a racist. Whether this distinction makes any practical difference is an argument for another time, I guess.

I don't get you guys...It seems common sense just goes out the window here...Either that or overlooking the obvious.

He is sexist but not racist despite the overwhelming evidence...right

Hey, if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck logic is well and good. I just don't like making deeply personal statements about people I don't personally know.

FWIW, I strongly suspect he's a racist, indeed, I'd be extremely surprised to learn he isn't. If the standard of proof is "balance of probabilities", then sure, he's a racist. If we're going for "beyond reasonable doubt", though, I guess I still hesitate.

Sorry.
