In post #12 here, I noted that Senator Warren did nothing illegal, unethical or unscientific by listing herself as Native American on the Texas State Bar registration card. Oddly, this seems to have riled a lot of people on this thread.

Thus, if you claim or otherwise believe that Warren did do something illegal, unethical or unscientific by so referring to herself, please say so and cite the law, ethical rule or scientific fact that she violated or that her designation is contrary to.

And if you cannot cite any such law, ethical rule or scientific fact, then please explain why you are so upset by the fact that I noted.

Still horrible at math I see.

Yea, it is written in the Book of Cyril...
Whether she perpetrated her fraud knowingly or not, she made one. In your world fraud is nothing illegal or unethical.
My understanding of fraud is that it requires the person obtain some material benefit they knew they weren't entitled to?

Can you demonstrate either a. She knowingly made a false claim, and/or b. Received a benefit to which she wasn't entitled?

So if I

So if I say I’m black then I’m black ?
How many black ancestors do you think you need before you qualify? Frankly, this racial gatekeeping Americans obsess over is bizarre. If someone says they are black, say "ok" and move on. What good does arguing over whether someone is REALLY black, or any other race, actually serve? If you say you're black, why is it any business of anyone else how "really" black you are?

There are race based programs in the US. These need to go otherwise claims of race will still matter.

Matter in the context of such programs, sure. But 7nless Warren was wrongfully benefitting from such a program, why is her race anyone's business but hers?

I'm looking forward to the new mandatory racial purity tests to confirm and quantify Irish decent before people are allowed to wear green or go drinking on St Patrick's day.

California Judicial Council Civil Jury Instructions.

Don’t come in here asking for laws, pretend lawyer, then play dumb when I give you a cite.
Don't complain when people ask you to explain your context free random string of numbers and letters.

"California Judicial Council Civil Jury Instructions." As a search term produces about a million results, by the way. Care to be a bit more specific with your *ahem* "citation"? Is a specific link that much to ask for?
