Wasn't Jesus willing to put God's will [ purpose ] ahead of his own will or wants ?_____
In prayer Jesus prayed that his Father's will take place - Matt. 6:10
Not as Jesus willed but as God willed- Matthew 26:39; Luke 22:42
and Jesus prayed ' Thy [ God's will ] be done ' in verse 42 B
Jesus considered anyone doing the will of God as family at Mark 3:35
At John 4:34 Jesus said his food [ meat ] was to do God's will
At John 5:30 Jesus said he did Not seek his own will, but the will of his Father
At John 6:38 Jesus said he came down from heaven to do Not his will but to do God's will.
At John 7:16 Jesus said his doctrine or teaching was Not his, but His that sent Jesus
God would Not have sent anyone to earth who was Not willing.
Not willing would show opposition to the doing of God's will.
The one speaking at Proverbs 8 vs 22-31 [wisdom personified as the pre-human Jesus ] is said to be created and his delights were with [ us ] the sons of men.
Jesus is willing to reveal God to us - Matthew 11:27; Luke 10:22
Jesus could have walked away from his death if he wanted or willed himself to do so.
Jesus had the power to walk on water, heal people, and raise the dead back to life on earth.
So, Jesus would have had the power if he wished or willed to Not die for us.

First of all, I don't agree to the way you stated it, that is offensive to Jesus peace be upon him.

You said Wasn't Jesus willing to put God's will [ purpose ] ahead of his own will or wants ? Actually I think he doesn't have choice on that because God is his God and he explicitly said, that he can't do anything without God.

I never denied that Jesus peace be upon him said what you are implying. However that DOESN'T in any way prove that Jesus peace be upon him was willing to be crucified. He only said in the end let God's will be done because he was obedient to God and he knew that God knows best. It doesn't mean that he gave permission for god as you are implying. It doesn't mean that he is willing as you are implying.

URAVIP2ME, I suggest you drop that issue because frankly no matter how you try to explain it, the verses are crystal clear.

Jesus peace be upon him had the power to do those things because God gave him permission to do it. Not because he is god.
"Men of Israel listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you know."
Acts 2:22

These miracles were given by God to him for people to know that he is a prophet. Just like previous prophets were able to do miracles.

Jesus peace be upon him had no power to decide on matters like that.

"The Father is greater than I." - John 14:28
"I do nothing of myself" - John 8:28
Jesus answered, "If I honor myself, my honor is nothing: it is my Father that honors me; of whom ye say, that he is your God"
John 8:54

And one more thing, he didn't die for our sins. We didn't inherit being sinners.

Well first thing, who said so?

Second thing,
Luke 22

41 And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,

42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

43 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.

44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

Hebrews 9:28.... so also the Christ was offered once [ die ] for all time to bear the sins of many......

Adam was created as a perfectly healthy human with a perfectly healthy sound heart, mind and body which Adam lost when Adam broke God's law when he ate from the prohibited tree.

A sinless Adam would have produced sinless descendants. Father Adam being a sinner passed down to his descendants his then acquired human imperfection of sickness and death.

We humans have inherited from the father and the mother first
All humans of male and female
The genetic characteristics of movable
Every human being on Earth came from male and female after meeting Adam
But Christian says that Jesus has no father of the Earth
Is the word of God
The Qur'an also recognizes this fact
The only people
Who came through his word
Mohammed came through the male and female
mother mMohammed a nd fhather Muhammad
But Christ is the word of God
Which ever isgreatest?!?!?

I know that most members debated that countless times and the debate is getting old, but actually I came through 2 verses in the bible that would explicitly say that Jesus peace be upon him was not god.

Numbers 23:19 God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?

Acts 2:22 "Men of Israel listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you know."

Now there are many verses in the bible that do serve the same purpose, but I think these two would be enough for now and I would see how the discussion would progress.
Jesus is God! Jesus was both divine and human.

Matthew 1:23

23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”

Jesus can. The Bible says He was human and divine. The definition of faith is belief not based on proof. Faith trumps logic sometimes. God is capable of defying logic. With Gid all things are possible (Matthew 19:26

Concerning Mt 15:9 -It is a quote of Isaiah 029:13 and is something HaShem said concerning Israel during a time when they had turned away from HaShem and His ways. This is not Yeshua saying anyone was worshiping him in vain. A case can be made that Mt 15:9 is a corrupted verse because it does not accurately quote the original.

Even coming from a non-believing stand point it wouldn't make any sense for the bible to say Jesus is God.
I look at the bible as just a story book and the Jesus character clearly talks to God. So why would the main character talk about himself in the third person in such a misleading way? Just doesn't make any sense to say they are the same person.

Believing in something without proof and logic isn't a virtue. You shouldn't be proud of that. It's just being too lazy to look for evidence or think critically about it. Whether you come to the conclusion of God existing or not, you shouldn't just be picking an answer without searching for rationality to support it. Galileo said "Why would God give us all this reasoning power, but instead expect us to ignore these gifts in pursuit of knowledge?"

You are not reading the whole sentence. It says "he will be called" Immanuel. People DO call him god but it doesn't mean they are right.

No one can be both divine and human.

It is illogical.
What is the rationale??
Is it logical that the angel who blows the vagina?!?
Refer to my questions
The answers first-
God appears to us in the body of Christ
Is this not logically
God came between us
Is this not logical?
Which is betterto bringGodwith us
Or to send an Angel to blow ***** Mary??
do You know logic??
Logic is the conclusion of the mind
Christin the fles his full
But at the same time is the word of God
This means that God
The Word alway straceable
Is the body of Christ was the word
This means that God
This very logical

Hmm .. quoting Bible verses without their context does not mean a thing!
Let's see:

24And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
25 When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?
26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
- Matthew 19

It means that Almighty God saves whomsoever He wills, doesn't it?

Ohhhh but I am reading the whole sentence, and many more sentences that show us Jesus is God. No one ever had the power to forgive sinners, heal the sick, the lame and the blind, and most of all arise from the dead, other than Jesus Christ who was God in the flesh.

I could say the same to you. When you read and study the Bible with an open heart, you will learn that Jesus is God. I could call you lazy and proud, but I don't believe name calling promotes good debate.

When you read and study God's words, your "reasoning" power will tell you that if Jesus healed the sick, the lame, the blind, and performed many other miracles, and then arose from the dead after being hanged on a cross, and was seen by hundreds of witnesses afterwards, He must be God.

No one is saying you shouldn't use the reasoning power God gave you. Faith is based on knowledge, and knowledge about God comes from an honest, open hearted study of His words found in the Bible.

My reasoning tells me that many other religious books make the same claim of their God(s) performing miracles, so what makes your book so special? Just because a book said something doesn't make it true. Do you honestly believe every book you read just because someone told you it is the word of God?
