And you can thank the lack of leadership from the outgoing administration, partisanship, and those citizens who are myopic, self absorbed and, some instances, simply ignorant. It's those who continue to flout science, common sense and decency that fuel the outbreak's resurgence and put millions of others in a similar position to your own and worse.

As long as people choose to go their own way instead of acknowledging they're a part of a greater whole and need to shoulder their share of responsibility, this pandemic will continue to rage on.

We can thank our megalomaniac governor, about whom there are numerous recall efforts and condemnations of his handling of this, and the economic havoc he’s wreaked on the state. It has nothing to do with Trump. That shows a complete ignorance of what’s happening in NJ. Did you read nothing I wrote about NJ complying to the letter with Gov. Horsetooth’s edicts? How we had the number of cases well under control by May, yet he keeps extending the health crisis? Did you know that? No, you didn’t. You just run your mouths.

So in plain English, unless and until you live here and know what’s going on, you and everyone else running their mouths thinking they’re experts need to sit down, stay in your lane, shut the **** up and stop making ignorant comments. So much for not posting misinformation about covid. You’re all posting (and I would name names except that even staff are not above the rules) comments contrary to the Covid Misinformation thread, because it’s all personal interpretations and pontifications.

Now, get the last word if you want. Nothing you or any of the other people I could name are saying anything with any degree of knowledge or truth.

I mean all Dems and their leader are gung ho for abortion.
Apparently you never heard of "pro-life Democrats".

The medical errors that cause deaths all over the world, more than covid.
This is not a contest.

Hey who isn't a spreader?
Most people who aren't so careless.

Masks are a joke and have little effect.
That's absolutely been proven false. Still Confused About Masks? Here’s the Science Behind How Face Masks Prevent Coronavirus and Coronavirus Face Masks & Protection FAQs

I do mind people trying to force their foolish ideas on everyone else.
I go by the science, being a scientist (retired) myself, not what the politicians may say about the science. And I am pro-life, but you have made it clear that your really aren't.

How about your abortion clinics operate online? What and who is essential. is not something to be determined by you.
That makes absolutely no sense.

Also, I don't own any abortion clinics. But I'm pretty sure medical procedures can't be actually be done online.
So I'm sorry, but your point doesn't make any sense to me, nor does it address what I said.

Mask up means less than nothing. People can wear cloth or uncleaned masks that cause more problems than the disease ever could. Social distancing is a joke in many cases, as it seems to only apply in certain instances.
No, masks don't cause "more problems than the disease ever could." That claim was debunked long ago.
Why don't you ask some surgeons about that? I'm sure they'd love to tell you about all their surgeon friends who died during long surgeries because they had to wear their mask too long. Or all those doctors and nurses treating COVID patients from dusk to dawn every day dropping like flies because they had to wear a mask all day long!
Come on, man.

So now it's today's Church. Ok, nice back pedal. You may want to look up the Pope's and the Argentinian church's not so distant complacency during Argentina's Dirty War - or is 30 years ago not recent enough? How about 2010, when Gen. Redondo was brought up on charges for the Dirty War, the Argentine Catholic Church didn't say a word, not one word of regret for its collaboration in those crimes. Is 10 years ago the distant past, too? Or Nicaragua? During the Sandinista revolt throughout the 1970s, the Church sided with the dictator Somoza Debayle. The brutality against the Nicaraguan people ended when Somoza was overthrown (circa 1980).
Don't forget Rwanda!

“As long as it takes”. Parroted bull****. You have no idea what you’re talking about. Live our lives... those who’ve lost their careers and benefits because companies took advantage of this. Please do not hand me this line of ****. I’m not having it. “As long as it takes”. I don’t usually wish ill on people but I wish that every person who so cavalierly says “as long as it takes” loses everything the way so many of us have, are losing and will lose. Then I want to hear a different song.
You know several vaccines are in their final stages of testing, right?
It's not forever.

Oh, the governors are inept. I see. “Not my fault”. I need someone to tell me what to do. So let me see, the POTUS should coordinate the governors in doing their jobs; do they tell the President how to handle military affairs? Foreign policy? When are the excuses and blame games going to stop?

I turn on the tube and what do I see
A whole lotta people cryin' "Don't blame me"
They point their crooked little fingers at everybody else
Spend all their time feelin' sorry for themselves
Victim of this, victim of that
Your momma's too thin; your daddy's too fat
All this whinin' and cryin' and pitchin' a fit
Get over it, get over it
You know, the countries that actually planned and carried out a coordinated effort are doing a lot better than the US is, and have been for quite some time.

You assume the majority of people will get the vaccine. How many people get flu shots, pneumonia shots and how effective are they?

Yep, and I have several of the top kind since our oldest daughter distributes them because of her work, plus I have several of the more plain colored ones. My wife has a couple of "bling" ones she really likes. We have given some earlier on to those that needed them but now there's plenty in our area.

Here we go... other countries.
Uh yeah, of course.

The is a GLOBAL pandemic. You haven't noticed that pretty much the rest of the entire world is doing monumentally better than the US, and have been for months now?
No you haven't, because you don't want to. That's obvious.

Maybe you should. It might help the US get this under control and get the economy up and running again. That's not going to happen with 1,000 people dying every day and infection rates through the roof. I don't understand why some people don't get that.

Those are single ply paper, double at most. That mask Dr. Fraudci is wearing is a single ply fabric. That’s not what the article recommends.

Make a suggestion ... to the CDC, to any health authority... what are you doing about it other than whining what people aren’t doing? Are you just reading, listening to and watching what makes you say “see, I’m right”. So what are you doing about it other than whining? Are you doing the right thing? Are you quarantining yourself?
