Unless someone can disprove this I still feel the criticism of attributing laziness has racial undertone since Hispanics blacks and other people of color are recipients. Ironically if I am not mistaken, whites comprise the most among welfare recipients. I have been in too many welfare discussions where people always say:

"Oh those people are lazy and don't want to get a job"

"Those people will end up in the jail system"

Those people are people of color who many of them have mental disorders, lost their jobs, homes, many are single parents. When I had to go on welfare I felt entitled to use it since my taxes fund it. I felt no embarassment. Do people take advantage? Yes but its not just welfare but any handout or any form of assistance some people will take advantage.

You are speaking of specific individuals, I am speaking of a profession. You don't like it when Satanism is judged by the murders committed by individuals who claimed to be Satanists so why are you judging pastors for the actions committed by a few of them?

Actually laziness is also used against Latinos due to the fact that.undocumented workers are misconstrued as the entire construct of Latinos. There are a great many lazy latinos whether from Mexico to Cuba. But I agree

The many laggards get spill over credit from the few white hard workers.
But people love to make criticism of the welfare about race, even when it isn't.
(This straw man lets'm dismiss valid criticism of welfare by attacking the critic.)
So I venture that much of what is perceived as racism actually isn't.
We all know that most on the dole in America are white folk (most of'm lazy).

Your wrong. Actually illegal immigrants can become lawyers and doctors. The issue is practicing. There was a guy who was here illegally and received his JD (Juris Doctorate) so he wanted to practice law However he was here illegally and didn't go through proper channels. Now many Latinos are taking up his cause because they feel he should practice law. How can a lawyer enforce the law while breaking it himself? Curious...
