I've met and since become friends with a trans woman over the last year or so. She is one of the most honest, open and understanding people I've ever met in my life and I'd be absolutely fine if she were there to counsel me after I was raped. I feel completely at ease in her presence.

The tribunal found in favour for the disgruntled ex-employee based upon the evidence presented to them.
NOT based upon her interview you linked in the OP.
the Rape Crisis Scotland’s independent review of ERCC practice is going to look into everything without the disgruntled part.
