Missouri Republicans Introduce Bills to Charge Women Who Receive Abortions With Murder

It appears that you argue that hiring a contract killer
is OK, but only in the case of mothers hiring one to
kill the fetus.
Why make the distinction between a fetus & an adult?
Is the fetus less entitled to the right to life?
No, mothers having an abortion are not doing that because they want to murder a human life, most don't think it is a life.

Also, it is a practical matter. I want most abortions to stop, that is the goal. If we start putting mothers in jail that will turn people away from that goal in my opinion. You can have the same effect by charging the providers.

It costs up to 1500 dollars, right?
It's incredible how certain women refuse to use cheap contraceptives and are willing to spend that kind of money just like that.

Does what they think matter if it's murder?

Is it murder or not?

Sure, it matters with different murder charges. Charges for killing human life depends on how it is taken and the motivation behind the killing.
Is it murder or not?
It is taking human life, so yeah it is murder. I have said I would punish the providers for murder and explained already why I would do this instead of the mother.

I don't think that all women have the same rights to abortion.

There are women who were raped or that they have risky pregnancy. They have a sacred right to abortion.

But those women who are pregnant because they engaged in unprotected sex for months, have not the same right to abortion.
They are irresponsible and should change their lifestyle. By using contraceptives.

And by the way, prostitutes tend to be much more responsible and intellectually mature than monogamous married women.
Because prostitutes use contraceptives and don't get pregnant, expect rare cases.
Once a prostitute was interviewed on TV. She said she has never had abortions.
You have no basis to know how most U.S. women become pregnant as regards birth control (which does have a failure rate). Also, medically necessary abortions are required for women who meant to get pregnant, as it is the only treatment for ectopic pregnancy, incomplete miscarriage, and fetal abnormalities.

Your comments about sex workers need a source/citation, otherwise that is just your wild speculation.
