*NO MOVIE LISTINGS TODAY DUE TO NO MAIL DELIVERY DUE TO THE PRESIDENT'S BIRTHDAY*

If the president isn't interrupting my regularly scheduled TV programming with their speeches, now they're interrupting my Netflix subscription.

Ghost Rider.

If you enjoy comic book movies at all, this is by far the best one to come out yet. But maybe I'm just biased - Ghost Rider was my favourite comic growing up.

I watched some of Jurassic Park 3 - the best IMO.

The Wedding Date - ok movie. Anything with a jigalo as a main character is bound to be funny... like a joke that begins with a duck walking into a bar....

I'm guessing you didn't see the end of JP3 then. I think that movie had quite a bit of potential, but they completely ruined it by slapping a deus ex machina ending onto it.

WONDERLAND
DVD/ Color/ 101 Mins./ R/ 2003
The scorching summer of 1981 turns grisly when a number of murder victims are discovered in a mansion on Laurel Canyon's Wonderland Avenue. Were they victims of a drug deal gone awry? Or is the tale even more menacing? And exactly what role did fading porn star John Holmes (Val Kilmer) -- who's torn between his teenage girlfriend (Kate Bosworth) and his wife (Lisa Kudrow) -- play in the crime? Co-stars Josh Lucas and Dylan McDermott.

Oh man. The original Jurassic Park was, IMO, one of the best movies of the '90s.

One night with the King, story of Ester in the Bible, it was good, but the king was not desirable by my standards

Well, judging by what a handsome and charming guy your husband is, you must have incredibly high standards, it is no surprise a mere king didn't measure up...:D

Glad you mentioned that. I wanted to see the movie, but read that it had bad reviews so I was thinking about waiting until it came out on DVD. Usually if the critics hate it, I love it, so I'm sure I'll like GhostRider. Hopefully I'll get to see it this week.

I just saw Superman II the Richard Donner cut. It was great and seemed like it was a totally different movie than the original cut. There were a lot of extra sceens in this movie. I loved it.

The Night Stalker (Disc 4)
DVD/ Color/ 180 Mins./ NR/ 1974
I remember this program fondly from my youth and if anyone else remembers this series, rest assured it holds up very well after 30 years. Starring Darren McGavin as the annoying but curious reporter, Carl Kolchak who finds himself in some mystery or paranormal trouble each and every episode.

In a few days I also have the great opportunity of previewing the recent, short lived TV series, The Night Stalker starring Stuart Townsend in the role of Carl Kolchak.

Hard Rock Zombies - 1985

A hard rock band travels to the tiny and remote town of Grand Guignol to perform. Peopled by hicks, rubes, werewolves, murderous dwarves, sex perverts, and Hitler, the town is a strange place but that doesn't stop the band's lead singer from falling in love with a local girl named Cassie. After Nazi sex perverts kill the band to satisfy their lusts, Cassie calls the rockers back from the grave to save her, the town, and maybe the world.

BEST MOVIE EVER!! :punk: The absolute epitome of the term B-movie.
