The Film Crew: Hollywood After Dark
DVD/ B&W Color/ 90 Mins./ NR/ 2007
The Film Crew -- Mike Nelson, Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett, the creative team behind the cult classic TV show "Mystery Science Theater 3000" -- apply their trademark twisted humor and irreverent comments to the campy 1968 drama Hollywood After Dark. Rue McClanahan ("Golden Girls") stars in the film as a would-be actress who tumbles into dark despair, becoming a stripper when her producers exploit her.

Charley Varrick
DVD/ Color/ 111 Mins./ PG/ 1973
After burglarizing a small-town bank, petty crook Charley Varrick (Walter Matthau) and his motley crew become targets of the mob. Expecting a small score to divide among them, they're shocked to discover a huge sum of money. Once they realize the cash belongs to the mob, Charley and his gang must concoct a plan -- fast! -- to throw the wise guys off their trail, or it's curtains for all of them. Joe Don Baker and Sheree North co-star.

Excellent film!!

DVD/ Color/ 94 Mins./ NR/ 1965
Wrongly accused of destroying the countryside, a 20-foot-tall mutant dukes it out with the true culprit -- the giant reptile Baragon -- in this classic 1964 Japanese monster movie from Ishirô Honda, director of the original Godzilla. The Simpsons Movie.

"No." That was the first thing that came to me after Maggie said "Sequel."

The Simpsons Movie- waited for this to come out since the Tracey Ullman years- definitely worth the wait and it lived up to the hype. It was much better than the original idea of making the Camp Krusty episode a full length picture.
and
Ratatouille- great job considering Disney's efforts to be more bold and daring in light of their earlier works.

The Simpsons, good movie was a let down and over hyped. Not as good as they were making it out to be. If you are going to the cinema, see Transformers instead far better.

300
My sister got it today, and I love it.
"This is Sparta!"

After we saw 300, I said to my husband "I want one of those helmets!!!" I wanted to run around my living room screaming "THIS IS SPARTAAAAA!" while wearing a spartan helmet and brandishing a broom. I wanted to serve them breakfast in the morning while wearing my spartan helmet and cry "EAT HEARTY!" To put it mildly, I got a little excited... :monkey:

I know what you mean, I was doing the battle cry along with them after awhile.

Do the thousands of Spartan allies even show up in the movie?

*Kicks lombas into a bottomless pit for even questioning the movie!*

THIS IS SPARTAAAAA!!!

To lombas: "I'll lower you down a TV, and a DVD player, you'll have enough time to watch it now"

Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines (with Rifftrax Commentary)
Just as he promised, the Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is back to aid his former nemesis, a now-adult John Connor (Nick Stahl). It's been 10 years since John saved Earth from Judgment Day, and he's now living under the radar, using no phones, credit cards or anything Skynet can trace. That is, until he encounters T-X (Kristanna Loken), a robotic assassin whose mission is to finish what T-1000 started. Co-stars Claire Danes.

I never saw this movie before now but I am glad that I had the chance to watch it with Mike Nelson and Kevin Murphy of MST3K fame)
