In England there is a constintutional monarchy, meaning there is a Queen, but she has no legal power. The big job is the Prime Minister. They lead the country with the cabinet, but the big man is the prime minister.

...The prime minister is like the president equivalent. Im guessing you dont get it because America have a president therefore the rest of the western world follows that.

no i understand the prime minister thing pretty well actually. i know that they are the leader but they are controlled by the queen, her desiccion can override anyother if she wants the prime minister gone then it will happen, she has controll over the country with the prime minister but the prime minister is like a pupet of the queen. is that right?

Yes, but that's not the point.
The point is, are they able to vote for who is in change? Yes.
They vote for the person that will controle the countrie.
The Queen is just a simpol of sorts, and pointing out that they don't vote for her is not a good argument.

the Queen is a figurehead she gets paid because she is the ambassador for the united Kingdom, People like having her around ,she brings in tourists, and if we didnt want a queen we just have to have enough of us to think so and shes gone. she has no power at all, she does not lead the union.

yes thats what i think. i don't know if you know this but Australia is also controlled by the queen, they decided to break up i think quite some time a go, it was on the news, but they decided not too, she goes to australia collects the money and beats it. she does the same thing in the UK, and if she had no power then how is she allowed to do that?

Oh, yea, it's true. And Canada to. She goes to Canada, shows up for a meeting, can't deside anything, can't controle anything. All she does is get her picture taken for the money stamp. Goes back home to England, but not before she collects a hole bunch of money from the taxpayers.
Wachington is also on the US dollar. He's also the kind of image for the US. So Bush isn't rely the head of that country, it has to be George Wachington.
Oh yea, I have another example. Let's take the white house for example. The actual house. It's been there forever and never get's changed (like the queen). You can't vote for a new white house (like the queen). The actual house dosn't have any legal power (like the queen). But you like to have it around, taking pictures of it for postcards (like the queen). So just because the white house is more important than the president doesn't mean they don't have a just voting system.
