I thought "What's New" was covering the new threads.

Yep. It isn't that hard to find new threads. But it still takes wading through a lot of old threads I have left already or wasn't interest in in the first place.
Evolution can go both forwards and backwards. If I knew more I could probably say what was or wasn't needed in the gene pool, but I don't know. I think it is too complicated to say. We need the ability (which narcissists lack) to introspect but also the ability (which some other people lack) to ignore our own faults, sometimes.
