Then again we also have the like frubal...but I see that as more of I agree with this rather then specifically hey this is positive. Do folk see the like to be more what im describing here?

Sure. Add a prayer frubal.
I think if we are going to use something like this, it should perhaps replace the current "friendly" frubal, because I feel it would be redundant.Facebook has a non-religious symbol, care, that I quite like. Maybe (c) issues with that one but something like it would be great.

I don't pray either, but this is a religious forum, the frubal in many cases extends beyond prayer.

Not a big fan of "prayer," but I don't object it being paired with "well wishes." That makes it sort of an either-or, and that's easy enough to live with.
I'd want to be able to send someone my well wishes without bringing God into it
