iyoIf that is the case you have diluted the meaning of "God" to the point where it is pointless. Yes, the universe exists. But it has none of the traits of a God.
iyoAnd that is such a weak claim that it only merits a "So what?"
They universe just is. It does not have any of the extraordinary traits associated with a god.
The universe brings me comfort. So I could say that my God is comforting. I might even dare to say that my God is lovingIf that is the case you have diluted the meaning of "God" to the point where it is pointless. Yes, the universe exists. But it has none of the traits of a God.
That appears to be largely your doing. When a person pretends to be enigmatic serious conversations tend to go that way.The conversation started to get insipid
When did i pretend this my friend? That appears to be largely your doing. When a person pretends to be enigmatic serious conversations tend to go that way.
Why not just say that you get comfort from the universe? Calling it "God" only leads to confusion. The universe brings me comfort. So I could say that my God is comforting. I might even dare to say that my God is loving
Far too many times. Do you want me to play at being enigmatic? When did i pretend this my friend?
It Doesn’t confuse me. To me there’s nothing greater than the universe. And if I can remember correctly there’s other religions that think the universe is God as wellWhy not just say that you get comfort from the universe? Calling it "God" only leads to confusion.
I don’t think so. Your perception is flawed I’m afraidFar too many times. Do you want me to play at being enigmatic?
Can you name any? I have not heard that claim before. It Doesn’t confuse me. To me there’s nothing greater than the universe. And if I can remember correctly there’s other religions that think the universe is God as well
Or perhaps yours is.I don’t think so. Your perception is flawed I’m afraid
I’m sure if you dig around online you can find something. I think the Native Americans might believe something like thatCan you name any? I have not heard that claim before.

No, they clearly have an agency behind their beliefs. Or rather I should say agencies since they tended to be polytheists. Many of them could them could be said to be avatars of nature, but they still acted as sentient beings.I’m sure if you dig around online you can find something. Perhaps,.Pantheism
To an extent, Panentheism as well
Well maybe someone else here can clarify it and clarify your claim about the natives as well. I don’t know too much about it but I’m pretty certain there’s religions out there that equate the universe with GodNo, they clearly have an agency behind their beliefs. No, that does not logically follow. And you are trying to drive the discussion into the insipid region again. No existence
