Didn't say I was offended, chum. Just pointing out the simple fact that facts are different to opinions. Sorry you're so offended when you're told your subjective opinion is a subjective opinion.

So you acknowledge that there are some ways, and some circumstances, in which a shark is superior to a human, therefore the assessment is contextual and subjective.

Congratulations.
But the fact is humans are superior to sharks and all animals.

Where did I say otherwise? Either post where I made such a claim or withdraw your comment. Because a shark is a superior swimmer that doesn't mean sharks superior to humans. Some people suggest these irrelevant half though-out arguments as if they have some actual bearing on the topic.

He'll be offended and ashamed if you treat him like he's stupid.

I don't know why you're obsessing over superiority here though.
Lmbo if he isnt offended by my calling him stupid, treating him like he is isnt likely to work either. Ashamed? Lol

I'm not. We are still talking about it because people here seem to have a real problem with the fact that humans are superior to animals as well as with stating that fact apparently. Why are you so insistent that we aren't?

Nope, that's an opinion. You really don't know the difference?

Except at swimming. Ergo, in that context, sharks are superior.

Some people suggest these irrelevant half though-out arguments as if they have some actual bearing on the topic.
At least a half-thought out argument is better than your arguments which involve absolutely zero thought whatsoever.

"Statement."
"Refutation of statement."
"Repeat statement."
"Repeat refutation."
"Repeat statement."

Yep. Your arguments are incredibly intellectually challenging and well thought-through.

So where do you draw the line? What about rats? What about mice? What about uncute mammals like bats? What about non mammals like birds?

Here is the problem. If it involves somebody drawaing a line, it is subjective and not a fact.
As such you don't actually agree with @Ignatius A

As for th line, I once here the argument in regards to the line as this. Any life not lethal(i.e. not plague and such) to humans should as minimum have rights on the level of the species. A type of grass has the right to be that kind of grass on the level of it being a species.

Humans are superior to animals. No one has shown otherwise and cannot show otherwise.

What about them?

"The corvids (ravens, crows, jays, magpies, etc.) and psittacines (parrots, macaws, and cockatoos) are often considered the most intelligent birds, and are among the most intelligent animals in general."
- Bird intelligence - Wikipedia

Are they among the most intelligent animals in general but don't have a mind?

Just to remind you:

Definition of mind:

"a
: the element or complex of elements in an individual that feels, perceives, thinks, wills, and especially reasons
b
: the conscious mental events and capabilities in an organism
c
: the organized conscious and unconscious adaptive mental activity of an organism"
- Definition of MIND

None are superior to humans however.

You are doing it again here.
