Yeah, cause throwing a childish temper tantrum and refusing to do anything is much better.

Oh, and I wouldn't recommend Sanders to anyone. Goes against my conscious. I prefer to support someone more consistent with their stances.

Have a nice day though.

Holy **** the ignorance hurts. Heil! Go buy some products you're protesting :)

Oh and good job not addressing those examples, I fear self reflection and intelligence may have hospitalized you! Go trump!

I'm pretty sure that pain you're feeling is your own ignorance.

Your "examples" have nothing to do with the situation we are discussing. They need not be addressed.

Sorry, extreme examples usually get through to the uneducated. Let me try and speak slowly here...

How
Does
Voting
For
A
Rigged
System
Do
ANYTHING
To
Challenge
Or
Fix
The
System?
It doesn't.

Now the question is: Is the system rigged as you claim or are you merely claiming it is rigged out of an emotional rant?
What evidence, other than the one you want to be nominated doesn't get nominated, do you have in support of this alleged rigging?

It actually seems possible to me that Jay said what he said because he believed what he said to be true and perhaps interesting. Is that reason enough to say something on a forum?
I too believe that what he said is true.
To expand upon it would interest me.

So naive, you're part of the problem with this country. You keep following your lobotomized logic honey, just make sure your parents vote Bernie for you please. And definitely don't address my examples as you might learn something.

Naive? That's rich. Not voting accomplishes less than nothing. Literally. In fact, the system rejoices when people don't vote. Why do you think Republicans in Congress have been working so diligently to implement so-called "voter suppression laws?" Seriously, get a grip. Voting is a small form of participation, yes, but it's vital nonetheless. What exactly do you think you're going to accomplish by not voting? It's not like the free market where if you don't buy a product, it goes away. That's complete nonsense. The point is to change the system from the inside by applying massive public pressure on those in positions of power.

I just got off the phone with my super-genius actuary brother, and sorry I'm behind on this thread. He said if Ted Cruz or Marc Rubio dropped out now, Donald Trump would still win.

However, in an interesting system, if everyone wrote down their favorite candidates in order, and they dropped off the candidates one by one and took their voters to their next choices, Donald Trump would lose. That would definitely be a better representation of the American Republic, but we would need a constitutional amendment I think.

Despite my brother being very smart, I wonder if he or I got that second paragraph wrong. But the first paragraph I trust.

OK, now that I've gotten caught up I have a few things I'd like to clear up.

First of all, whether or not she's a woman, Draka is probably making the most sense of anyone, and I don't say that just because I just met her on the feminism board. If everyone voted their own way, we would get our way better. Here's some advice to Draka, go after polls. Polls straight-jacket society into the latest issues in time and concern. If there weren't polls, voters would base their decision on what they remembered and cared about, not what the news channels report they should care about. If we protest polls and they come down, we will make a huge leap into getting people to vote how they want.

Secondly, when I said it is over with Sanders I meant it. Although I don't like polls either, I have become addicted to them and since they are not going away over night, let me say something. I am a good predictor of politics, and I believe in the political markets. When Trump is winning the primaries for sure, (see my above post), and he has a 76% or 76 cent chance of winning on predictit.com (81 among the top two GOP candidates)., Hillary has a 91%/91 cent chance (Bernie has 10). So I really encourage this thread to be about Trump and Hillary. But if you keep talking about Sanders too I will wait until he's defeated and start this thread again. Sorry if I have male PMS but this's my statement.

Oh yeah, one more thing: without polls the prediction markets wouldn't be as bad, since some of you might be concerned that we couldn't get rid of them also.
