They aren't really 100% accurate as it depends on what areas are being measured, the person doing it, and how much you know of the subjects being asked. Such as, an engineer may not be too keen on the English usage or history parts, but someone with a Ph.D. in the humanities may not do so well at the visualization and math parts, but both the engineer and Ph.D. are generally considered to be intelligent people, just intelligent in different areas. People with Asperger's generally tend to score lower on the emotional part, and much higher in the other parts.
