Ahh, can carrots know enough that they don't know?
The question of whether or not carrots are agnostic is a red herring. Red is the color of communism. Communists are atheists. Therefore, carrots are atheists.
Actually, that's a straw man. Carrots are orange, and orange is the color of non-theists on RF. Therefore, carrots are non-theists.

More seriously, how can a thing that doesn't think be accused of taking a thinking position on some subject.

But the OED also offers, as one definition of agnostic (adj), "doubtful or noncommittal," and I've yet to hear a carrot commit one way or the other.According to the oxford dictionary, they cant be agnostic either because they would need to belief it is impossible to know (not simply not know)

As an animist, I must disagree--just because a being lacks an identifiable neural structure--nor a visible means to express itself--is not sufficient grounds for saying it is not aware and/or does not think.
Yu conviniently are wrong - see here ...
But aren't you speaking now of Conservatives, rather than carrots?
I think the carrots I'm growing are very hardcore agnostics
How do you know?
"Not believing" doesn't represent an inexistence. Inexistence doesn't exist, but "not believing" does.Because inexistence of belief is not at all symetrical with existence of belief.
One can (and in fact does) lack belief in a multitude of concepts that he never learned or that were never even conceived.
To claim belief in any concept, quite by contrast, demands having some sort of notion (even if a misguided one) of what that concept would be.
It does not even involve any kind of courtesy, just clarity of the concepts of belief and lack of belief.
