Try to keep up.

I am trying to find a coherent belief from her.

She says she doesnt beleive babies are atheists, but she does aee with the OD, the only alternative I can think would be that she thinks they do not lack a belief in God.

Lacking in something equals not having something.

Meanwhile, 10 out of 14 respondents agree that carrots are agnostic. That strikes me as a powerful consensus. Now, who's going to tell the carrots?

It looks like this would be more appropioate for the jokes section, given the premise and more importantly the poll options.

“The Brain Is Both Neurocomputer And Quantum Computer,” by Stuart Hammeroff is a fascinating paper which discusses the computational mechanism used in the human brain. ...

Hameroff's paper proposes that quantum events not only play a crucial role in the brain's computation but that specifically they are related to consciousness in the human mind. Interestingly, quantum events are not unique to the human mind but they occur in our vegetables too. The quantum events in a carrot are infrequent but they might be construed as evidence that carrots are infrequently conscious. Funnily enough, the Buddhist belief that everything has a soul might find backing in this research. [source]
As I offered: rooted in its character.

So this thread is actually about animism?

Being conscious is not necessarily the same as having attitudes.

Its cause carrots cant have knowledge or be gnostic for that matter. Maybe they know more than we think since animals normally have superior instincts, knowledge/data passed through generations.

As an animist, I am not against that at all, I just doubt this thread is actually about that :p

I think their agnosticism is just a reaction to the fundamentalist views of the potatoes, and the militant atheism of the parsnips. The carrots themselves could best be described as 'Leave us the hell out this'-ists

Maybe but a big issue is we cant ask the carrot these questions and get a coherent response. We just have to know whether they are aware and know things and in turn carrots would have a justifuable hatred for rabbits.

Well, my carrots speak to me, but I can't get actually understand their carrot-ish language. I am thinking English lessons might be a first step in establishing anything.

I didn't vote in the poll because i think it lacks substance.

Namely, i would've preferred for there to be an "Some are, some aren't" option.

Generalizing is wrong:

You can't tell me all these guys have the same beliefs. Just note how differently they look. One is all orange, cute, small and cuddly while another looks like cthulhu.

Yes, but some of those are not true Scottish carrots.

I can see why you would think that way, but I suspect you are confusing carrots with the True Carrots. It's easy to do, but they are really nothing alike. True Carrots would actually be pretty horrified you can't see the difference.

Might just have to play the carrots metal and hard rock music to brainwash them into agnostic atheists.
