Hey brother, I just go to manage attachments and select file to upload

Hit "post reply" on under this post.

On that screen where you can write your post, scroll down below the text field to a section called "Additional Options". There's a section called "Attach Files", with a button called "Manage Attachments".

Show your signature
Automatically parse links in text
Automatically retrieve titles from external links
Disable smilies in text

Then "Thread Subscription" and "Rate Thread". Nothing else.

OH, and also under posting rules it says "You may not post attachments". Perhaps I don't have enough posts yet?

I don't think that's the case! I have a feeling it is a regional thing as I don't have it as well!

Are you not in USA?

I can upload to my albums in my profile tho and link them to posts!

In worst cases, you can upload on any image host then use its link in the "insert image" function in the reply box. I use photobucket.com

You can even link from some other communities like Facebook!
