What the hell was that? It shows a video of Vance saying he does not want an actual ban, and then somebody with a dubbed over voice suddenly says he wants one?

That's a lie about Vance. He has said explicitly in multiple interviews that abortion should be a state's right issue, nothing about being illegal nationally. I would love to see you show anything where he explicitly says that from his own mouth. Consider yourself called out on that.

And it has been demonstrated to you several times that Vance is a liar. No one is denying that he did not make the false claim you brought up. We know that he was either lying then or lying when he supported a national ban on abortion. And since he denies ever making such a claim when he clearly did it appears that he was does want a national ban. He has only realized that he has to lie to get elected. Trump is a very bad liar because he fools himself. He starts to believe his own lies. Vance is a much smoother liar as shown in his debate with Walz. He only got irritated when he lied so badly that the moderators felt that he had to fact check him. Did he apologize? No, he did what a person that lies on purpose does. He got mad for having his lie made public and complained about the fact checking.

This is the United States , meaning there is more than one state , so it's a far fetch from it being called a collective. What Democrats are trying to do is make all the states subservient to its views and policy.

If I don't like things in one state I can always have the free choice to move to another. That is not something any person can do in a collective.

That voiceover was an audio track of Vance saying that he would like a national abortion ban. Generally speaking, Vance has been all over the place on the form that his national ban would take. Right now, he is following Trump's lead and saying that the ban should go into effect after a number of weeks, I believe. That would not decriminalize abortion in states that have already criminalized all abortions, but it would criminalize it in every state where pregnancies exceeded the arbitrary time limit.

Or you could check to see if Vance really said what was in the audio clip. You don't need to actually see his mouth moving.
