humans are 'programmed' to ''sin''....a lot of men lust often around hot babes...it's just a physical thing....it CAN'T be helped...humans NATURALLY get angry, jealous, etc...and when they get angry, jealous, etc and want to stop their pain[[and most people don't like pain], sometimes they murder...

You're right. Why try.

ya there is a big difference between love and lust. :D
It can emotionally hurt, regardless of lust or love. You may lust someone and want to fall in love with them. Still hurts to have a chemistry with someone you cannot have..... that's all I am saying...;)

There might be, but there is also a fine line between the two.

Couldn't agree more.

that is a reason why i believe god was created in the image of man
because of it's jealous rage, only mere mortals express their insecurity like that..so god is in in fact sinful by nature too i suppose.

I think the whole sin thing is misunderstood. We have fleshly desires, we are made of flesh. We lust after people, we overeat, we over drink, etc. Whenever one of these things becomes more important than your own life, then that would be an addiction. Like sex- it is natural to want to have sex, it is built into us, we needed to fill up the earth. If there was no sex, then there would be no people. But if you want to have sex and you don't care about getting STDs, AIDS, etc, and the sex becomes so important that you are willing forgo all the dangers- then that would be an addiction.
We can't be free of these things, but we who have God are able to work on our spiritual self- the part which is in a union with God. And if someone doesn't believe in a spirit, then they wouldn't see the benefit. I wouldn't expect them to.

Something that is programmed to do evil can also do good. Remember that.

then why is it 'wrong' to ''sin''?

Being "programmed to sin" is also called "sin nature" or "original sin." It describes the individual and the whole of mankind. It is the ancestral stain.

But fortunately we can choose not to sin with our volition. We are programmed to sin but not helpless to resist it. :)

Aren't we all made in God's image? If so, what does this say about God?
