It is if said in a derogatory way. I'll admit it's hard to determine tone by reading words on a screen but to be honest it looked like you were saying it in a dismissive, derogatory way.

Islam has no respect for anything which isn't Islam. To expect the opposite, then, is both hypocritical and arrogant.

I know many Muslims, and they are fine people as individuals. However, where there's smoke, there's fire, and the wider range of expression of Islam on a global scale indicates there is something clearly misguided occurring within Islam as a religion, philosophy, and/or culture.

Deciding that their actions are a direct result of being of the Jewish People is disregarding their individual personalities.

It is also disregarding the very plain fact that Jews do not really agree very often on very much (although, to be sure, they seem to largely agree on being wary of Islaam).

It is not insulting, but it hints at a refusal to perceive them as people as opposed to specimens.

And what if Muslims hating the Jews and the Christians?

You tell us.

There are verses of the Qur'an that specifically direct Muslims to mistrust, to refuse association with, and even to kill and torture Jews and Christians (if they had the opportunity to convert to Islaam and refused it). How do you deal with them?

What would be a proper way for dealing with them?

The problem here is you're deliberately conflating dislike of an ideology with dislike of a people in an attempt to muddy the waters - you're trying to make dislike of Islam irrational by associating it with prejudice against people.

The difference between disliking Islam & not prejudging all Muslims is the same as, say, thinking tobacco companies are evil organisations which profit from exacerbating peoples' health problems & not thinking all smokers are selfish aresholes even though they engage in a vile, disgusting habit.

Please don't put words into my mouth. I said that some Muslims hate Jews. This is obviously the case, there do exist Muslims who hate Jews. There exist Sunnis who hate Shi'ites, there exist Wahhabis who hate Sufis, there exist Christians who hate Muslims, there exist Sikhs who hate Hindus, every group will include some prejudiced people. Don't try and make these into sweeping statements, it's dishonest.
