Yes, but the interaction is real only within this particular context of conscious awareness. On a higher level, it is seen as a fiction lost in Identification.

That makes much more sense than "cosmic consciousness".
Perhaps one of these days you will make this greater realization too, but it will require you to leave your shallow mystic ways in favor of logic and reason.
