OMG You play Nexus? I have never met anyone else besides my hubby who plays that game. Small world lolNeale said:I've been an MMORPG fan since I can remember, and I won't get into console-based ones here. I started playing java-based DnD and MUDs when I was eight or so, then moved on to graphical RPGs. Here's a short list of games I've dedicated my time to, and not just in passing. Currently, I'm looking to get back into Nexus.

cardero said:I wanted to get that game as well. I am still stuck on Xenogears for PS1 where the boss monster is hooked up to those tubes and unhooks when he isn't powering up. I have tried all different combination of mechs but I cannot defeat him. The game won't even let me go out to beef my mechs up with experience.
I like Bart and Rico but I am not looking foward to starting the game over. I thought there was some kind of "hint" or combination that could possibly defeat the boss monster. I already used my one cheat to get through that labyrinth under the church and I haven't even gotten to the 2nd disc.FeathersinHair said:*shudders at the memory* Ooooo, that happened to me, too. I'm sorry you're in that spot! What I had to wind up doing was to write down what level I was in in the current game, start from scratch and try to be about five or ten levels above that. So what's your favorite character in the game?
There are many bad moments but glorious accomplishments I would not like to revisit. There are very few games that I would never play over and this may be one of them. Good story but I did not like the jumping. Maybe I will have mrscardero look on the internet and phrase the solution in the from of a hint.FeathersinHair said:For all I know, there may be. (When I played it, I didn't have access to the internet then.) Bart's my favorite character- which is odd, since I don't usually like his type of personality. I can understand not wanting to start the game over again! Especially the part where you have to climb up the giant wall area.

Describe this game for me. Its not one of those text based things, is it? I don't think I can handle those....FeathersinHair said:RS and Neale, could we coax either (or both!) of you into our RF "Clan" on "Kingdom of Loathing"? It's kind of like a turn-based RPG... except not really.
Everything!!! :yes:jewscout said:what's the difference between D&D v3 and 3.5???
