Russia....What It's Like

That is not obvious to me.
I'd expect that conspirators who actually exist would
want their conspiracy kept secret. If accused of it,
I'd expect silence or denials.
Ok but denial also includes the possibility of calling the accuser "conspiracy theorist" which has been invented to belittle the interlocutor, whenever someone doesn't know how to refute an argument.

Far more often, the term "conspiracy theorist"
applies to people who believe loopy conspiracies,
eg, faked Moon landings, George Soros running
governments, USA's plans to conquer Russia to
take its assets.
Conspiracies are not made true
by your hypothetical construct.

...and the American Deep State blowing up the Norstream2 as well, right?

Oh, wrongo pongo!
I've noticed that people who embrace a wild conspiracy theory
don't limit it to just one. They collect others, eg, faked Moon
landings, the deep state, the MIC, Big Oil vs free energy.
Some minds leap to faith, & recognize only comporting evidence.
Others are skeptical, & can change their mind based upon new
evidence & understandings. These are fundamentally different
ways of thinking, & are deeply rooted in the individual.

This is just a matter of a skewed perception on your part. If the fundamental concept you're addressing has to do with uncritically accepting a non-falsifiable claim without evidence, then this is a universal phenomenon which can be found in everyone, including yourself. The only difference that I can discern is that, if it's critical of the US government, then it's a "wild conspiracy theory," but if it's something the government claims, even if it's equally wild and unevidenced, it doesn't get treated that way.

Do you really believe that this kind of blatant gaslighting goes unnoticed?

Honestly, if it's really that important to you to persuade people to not believe in conspiracy theories, then maybe you can explain the difference. Explain why your claims about Putin wanting to conquer the world are valid, while my claims that the government spends taxpayer dollars on military (the essence of your "MIC" conspiracy theory) are invalid.

I didn't state who wrecked the pipeline.
Why? Because I don't know.

Ok,...apparently it was Ukrainians...or at least that's what they say.
if the Kiev government thinks that Germans will continue to support them with the warfare supply after what they have done,, I guess they are highly delusional.

To not appreciate that there are fundamentally
different ways that people's brains work bespeaks
not being not observant of people. Or perhaps
you're trying to justify cromulence of your own
conspiracy theories?

Perhaps they falsely claim it for political purposes.
We don't know.

I think they understand their situation better than you do.

Actually, I'm very observant of people. You think that I can't see, that I don't notice?
