Yeah yeah. Carry on interpreting my words like that, I really couldn't care less. It is telling though how there is not one word of condemnation for what I and Me Myself pointed out were blatantly sexist viewpoints. Tells me everything I need to know about you.

I just read the post he was referring to, and I interpret your comments the same way. If you think that's a misinterpretation, can you clarify what you meant then?

I also don't even GET how this thread about topplessnes and women being raped even turned into sexism against men ?And how few people intervene when a man is being slapped and punched by a WOMAN specifically as opposed to the other way around.

Dude, calm down. You're putting more emotional energy into the charge of sexism being laid against you than you are sticking up for two women that have had their privacy and dignity robbed from them, and have had to spend years getting that back. So much for the stereotype that women are emotional and men are rational.
What makes you think I'm not calm? There's a bottle of Dr. Pepper here and I'm laughing at your responses with a mate of mine from work. Keep it up you guys.

It's false equivalence. They're implying that women aren't victimized by rape in our misogynist society because most people don't take domestic violence by women against men seriously. Something silly like that. Smash it! :D

Pull the other one.

Okay, I suppose you're not going to defend or explain your posts for now.

I have another question though: How do sexist viewpoints from someone else excuse yours? Even if I spent a hundred pages "condemning" the posts you're referring to, how would that make the viewpoints you expressed here any more appropriate or acceptable?

You're asking a lot of questions for somebody who provides no answers. Either you admit that the posts I referred to were sexist or you can stop this charade that you care at all about sexism. You can't have your cake....and eat it too!

Well for me its antagonizing.I for one don't think there is no sexism against males by other males and females. But throwing that in when you are talking about specifically women being raped and the daily sexism she has to confront makes my head spin.Especially when then they say its NOT about us verses them. Then WHY point it out ? Does it somehow make some men feel better about their own gender?

My opinion of the posts you're referring to doesn't change what you said, and it's not like I'm the only one asking you to clarify what you meant either. If you keep bringing up other posts as examples of sexism, then I can only expect you to defend your own given what you said in them.

Apparently my opinion that men are not an oppressed group is worse then someone thinking that rape victims are stupid.
My opinion does not effect men's everyday lives but that kind of attitude about rape victims effects women's everyday lives-big difference.

It appears what I said earlier didn't make it through at all. Try this one.

Why are you so reluctant to just admit that the posts I quoted were sexist? Just admit it. As soon as you acknowledge it we can move on and I can give further details about what I said. But I cannot take you seriously if you insist on airbrushing blatantly sexist remarks, or worse, defending them like some others have done here.

Unnecessary condition. Either you can clarify your remarks, retract them, apologize for them or double down. Whatever you like, but the fact remains that you claimed women who get raped are stupid and poor, and if they haven't taken some ridiculously oppressive measures to avoid getting raped (not walking alone after dark, not talking to strangers, etc), you don't care that they've been raped. That's why you've made yourself the center of attention, and why nobody here thinks your opinion of what is or isn't sexist is worth a hill of beans.

I wasn't talking to you and I don't care what you have to say.

Belittling any oppresion is dangerous, I dont get why on Earth you keep trying to do so

Me Myself,

Im not trying to belittle any oppression. But why are you talking about women drugging their dates, and women slapping and punching her BF in a park and not as many intervene as they will if its the other way around in this particular thread?

It went from rape culture ,rape fantasy myth to sexism against men and men's oppression.

I'm sorry for going off like I did.But when people are talking about the women they know who have been sexually assaulted and or in my case also my own experiences with it.And personal experiences of blatant overt sexism towards some of the women here .I think it threw me for a loop suddenly we have videos of actors "proving" strangers are less likely to intervene in situations where a man needs some help.It was just sort of odd timing I guess to inject that.Just because Horrible made the remark that she doesn't believe men are oppressed.Thats all.

Which posts did you quote? I haven't seen them, so I'm not trying to airbrush anything. I'm just going by what you said in a post. You seem to think the interpretation Debater Slayer was inaccurate, but it seemed perfectly accurate to me. All I want to find out is what you feel would be an accurate interpretation of your comments.
