SOTU, so what?

Bad as he is, Trump is worse in that regard (IMO).
Under Trump, Republicans were united behind him while democrats were united against him.
Under Biden, the democrats are divided amongst themselves on many issues. Can't agree on the border, climate, war in Israel, war in Ukraine, etc.
It was people from his own party that tried to obstruct his SOTU speech by trying to prevent him from even arriving at the Capitol. Not a good start.

That's why there are so many unanimous votes in Congress on the part of Democrats while Republicans continually fight amongst themselves.

Which party was outside blocking the president's motorcade from getting to the Capitol for Biden's great speech, and thereby obstructing official government business?

The "dozens gathered near the White House, prompting the police to block off a nearby road"?

They appear to be activists seeking a ceasefire in the Israel-Gaza War. My guess is they are more likely Democrat than Republican, but also possibly Independents, Green Party folk, maybe a Libertarian or Anarchist sprinkled in.

If they were Trump supporters they would be in jail by now. No joke.

From the link above:

"Protesters blocked traffic in Boston and Los Angeles. Over 50 arrests were made in Boston, according to one activist group and a local media report."

They didn't attempt to block the president.

You must think Biden is a republican.

You're watching, and you know. He's a stateman, and he is stable. Like I said, even Mike Johnson is nodding at some things.
"and he is stable"

Go to the 20 second spot and hear how stable he is lol

"He feels its a political win bluh bluh bluh,
A political win for me and a political loser for him
Its not about him. Its not about me.
I be a winner bluh bluh not really"

Don't vote for either one. I'm not. I'm not having that on my conscience.

Admittedly, I also hate that tax dollars go towards killing innocent people (and not just in Israel). But one if them is going to get the vote. Were I to not vote and Donald Trump got it, I'd feel much worse. Not only would my tax dollars still be used to kill innocent people, but my inaction in voting helped a racist, fascist, sexual predator win the White House.

The Biden administration at least has pressure from its own party to work towards peace, and it is a helpful block to the crazier legislation that may come up from Congress. It's also doing something about climate change rather than can kicking.

He must have gotten irked because someone asked if he is male.

This is a hilarious read.

It’s no accident that Alabama Sen. Katie Britt issued the Republican Party’s response to the State of the Union address from her kitchen table, since the kitchen is precisely where the GOP would prefer we women spend most of our lives. Ideally, Britt would have been canning beans or kneading bread with a baby on her hip at the same time, but the related racket would likely have made her strained stage-whispers about murderous immigrants difficult to hear.

This unhinged author slams the republican response because it is from a kitchen where we republicans all "want women to stay", all the while the speech was coming from a republican woman in power in US congress. These people are a joke.
Just keep voting for the side that takes away women’s reproductive freedom. But women will leave their kitchens and go vote for progressive policies and freedoms.

Criticism of Biden's sending money & bombs to Israel
to commit genocide is affecting him. So far, it's just talk.
But if he actually walks the walk, & takes real action to
rein in Israel's war crimes, & aid the Palestinians, this
would affect votes...perhaps giving him a boost.

Nothing is going right over there. Just saw on the news where 5 children were crushed to death by a pallet during an aid airdrop when the chute failed.
It didnt say who dropped the aid except that it wasn't the US.
