OK, you seem to thinking along the same things as Stone, so is homosexual sex wrong simply because it's not exactly the same as heterosexual sex? In other words is it wrong because we're not the majority?
Wrong for you? Wrong for me? Wrong in the sight of my God? Wrong in the sight of your god?

That's not binary...it needs further qualification before I can answer.

Aw, heck, if it comes to natural, neithers wearing clothes or cooking your food or driving cars or chatting online...what difference does it make?

You're right of course. Some people just want to control everyone else's actions, even private ones, it's maddening.

I shouldn't let a few people's bigotry get to me.... sorry for that.

But sex is, and I use this word reluctantly, designed to happen between a male and female...
Nothing in nature is "designed". There is no intention in nature. So, it cannot be truthfully said that sex is designed or intended to happen between a male and a female.

That sex happens between a male and a female is simply a fact. That sex also happens between two males or two females is equally a fact. In this respect, it is equally natural for sex to occur between people of the same sex as it is for it to occur between people of the opposite sex.

...sex in homosexuals does not serve all the same purposes nor is it carried out in the same way as in hetrosexuals.
This is irrelevant.

Just to clear things up, I don't think homosexual relationships or sex are wrong, I just don't think that homosexual sex is natural.

You're absolutley right...all of these things are what could be termed 'social adaptations' that are not natural. I have stated that I did not enter into the debate to comment on other people's sexuality (which really is of absolutely no concern to me). I was playing devils advocate, about the concept of everything that occurs is natural. How about Genocide, can we throw that one in....maybe I'll start a thread...is genocide natural? Thing is in argument and debate, consistency. I'm consistently a snake, hey its a start.

Who disputes that hetrosexual sex is not natural? If it's not there goes the human race.

I suppose you missed the words, for a percentage of the population heterosexual sex is not natural. Why do you assume everyone to be just exactly like you?

Actually I will address your answers as if they were binary, but they are bias laden and if I was in court I would object as they are also leading but.....

Q. Is homosexual sex wrong simply because it's not exactly the same as heterosexual sex? A. No, Homosexual sex is not wrong simply because it's not exactly the same as heterosexual sex.

Q. Is it wrong because we're not the majority?
A. No, it is not wrong because you are not the majority.

Now see, I gave you a straight answer to reasonably straight (but bias laden) questions, and you will see I have not answered your subtext at all. I think debate is better than 'straight' questions and answers?

All I was asking is what is their reasoning behind this.
Well, let's see... perhaps because a percentage of the population is NOT heterosexual? Is homosexual sex natural to the heterosexual person? No. Why would you assume heterosexual sex would be natural for the homosexual person?

Well it may be fun for you debate this issue, but we are talking about real people with real loves and real lives and the negativity can hurt.

I wouldn't expect it to be natural to be natural to homosexual, I would expect that they could recognise that the sex as in procreation is natural and can only happen between a man and woman.

Why? Why is sex only for procreation? You just invalidated all the heterosexual people who sex with no intention of procreating....

What about sex as an expression of love... or simply for pleasure? Be it heterosexual or homosexual sex? Do you deny is it is natural for heterosexual people to have sex simply for love or pleasure? If not, then why deny the same for homosexual people?

I never mentioned fun...if you will look I answered your questions with binary responses...just as you asked, yet you seem unhappy. I will put some time into my next post so you will have my answer (the binary one I just gave) in its full context. (and by the way if debating wasn't fun I wouldn't be on a forum whose copy is 'Discuss, Compare, and Debate' sorry if I somehow read that wrong.)

Sure it can be fun. But can you not recognize that some subjects will cause some people pain when who they are and who they love are attacked? Perhaps it is my fault to responding to threads that have that potenial, but there's times you have to stand up and defend what you believe in.

Nehustan, I do not wish to discuss this with you anymore.

I don't see where I am not giving you a 'straight' answer? Ask me a 'straight' question i.e. one with a binary response, and I'll say yes or no...deal?

(P.S. when statements are made, as opposed to 'straight' questions, I reserve the right to....how can I say...debate....checks the forum logo...yes debate would be the right word.)

I guess it's pointless debating it homosexuals can't practise it anyway, nature's law has decided that. Homosexuals can't have procreational sex, the 'sex' they practice is for pleasure and expressing love, if you think that sex is required to express love, but that another debate.

Something to remember about science, it doesn't prove anything, it only disaproves everything until there's only one thing left.

You really think we know everything about everything yet?

So when we are talking what is natural, we are making best guesses.
