Thanks for clarifying the use of these labels however the end result is 'neti, neti'.Soul is of spirit but spirit is not the soul, spirit is omnipresent but the human soul is not.
Yes of course zenzero...there is only the ONE that is ALL...the ALL being the label ascribed to the infinite aspects of non-duality by limited dualistic perception and conception.Friend ben,

Its neither the soul or the spirit, your view?

Yes true but personally find the mind moving to 'sleep' mode which is where helplessness grows. Could you share as to how one can overcome 'sleep' where 'consciousness is nowhere. hahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is better for the mind to rest in the non-duality
It's the same here...don't worry about it, there is nothing to overcome...staying in the deep of aum meditation requires much energy as there is much transformation going on...the sleep is beneficial on a number of levels...facilitating the restoration of centre and energy balance, and the 'digesting' of and integration of newer higher vibrational exposure.Friend ben,

Shake it up. You have your dharma to fulfill.Yes true but personally find the mind moving to 'sleep' mode which is where helplessness grows.ben d said:It is better for the mind to rest in the non-duality
Let dharma find it own way as am not there when sleep takes over fully besides when awake am hardly there a such except to fulfill the needs of the body.Shake it up. You have your dharma to fulfill.
If you fulfill your dharma, you get 74 houris and an eternity in heaven.Humans created God and Satan appeared by default as soon as God got created.Aupmanyav said:Shake it up. You have your dharma to fulfill.
Guess its interesting to note that you believed in no god, no heaven, no this, no that but now you are pointing towards something else.If you fulfill your dharma, you get 74 houris and an eternity in heaven.
Not hours but houris. That is not for me. That is for believers. Two more than what one gets in Islam. I am Brahman and as you know, Brahman is changeless. I will be what I am in all eternity.Guess its interesting to note that you believed in no god, no heaven, no this, no that but now you are pointing towards something else.
Is it to be understood that you are on the path of dharma you are already enjoying 74 hours [could you explain where 74 came from?] and that you wish to retire in heaven till eternity?
How do 'you' know that; am not sure that one can know what one was or will be without being IT and by Being IT one cannot speak about it, is personal understanding.I will be what I am in all eternity.
Friend Runewolf,
The technique of 'mindfullness' is that what you mention, agreed.

But still that is a path labelled 'mindfullness'. To be just Being also requires a method which after practise may be effortless but even in the term effortless or pathless both effort and path remains.

You must eventually get off that path towards IT or THAT and experience simply BEING.
