Talk about dishonesty.....Texas is a major source of it.“The long train of abuses committed by the government and public health establishment in response to COVID-19 will continue to impact the American people for years to come.
Millions of Americans were forced to take a COVID-19 shot out of fear of losing their livelihoods and under false pretenses. Many have faced injury from the vaccine, but few have been afforded little recourse. To date, a mere 11 injury claims have been paid out despite nearly 700 million doses of the vaccine having been administered.
I am introducing the LIABLE Act to empower Americans to remove crony federal liability protections for COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers and empower injured Americans. The American people deserve justice for the infringement on their personal medical freedom and those medically harmed deserve restitution.”
Rep. Roy fights to remove federal liability protections for COVID-19 vaccines
WASHINGTON, DC — On Tuesday, Representative Chip Roy (R-TX-21) introduced the Let Injured Americans Be Legally Empowered (LIABLE) Act, a bill that would empower Americans to hold COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers liable for any losses their vaccines caused.roy.house.gov
My friend's father died from COVID early on in the pandemic, before there was a vaccine. It was a terrible death. The only person I actually knew who died of COVID had received five COVID vaccinations, the last one being in November (she died two months later). Just sayin'. She had no idea where she caught it. And I don't believe it was even the Omicron variant.
Yes, she did. Unless she was sipping from her drink.Did your cousin with the brain cancer wear a mask?
Indeed. Your poor sources of information on this subject do indeed lie and misrepresent the facts on a regular basis.I've often thought that it was more than a coincidence that people on the losing side of an argument seem to ending up lying about it.
Good. As for anecdotes not being data, I do know that but I also know that a friend of mine died of COVID after taking five shots, supposedly against COVID, the last one being only two months before she died.My friend's father died from COVID early on in the pandemic, before there was a vaccine. It was a terrible death.
Remember though, anecdotes aren't data.
Yes, she did. Unless she was sipping from her drink.
I've enuf anecdotes to be statistically significant. My friend's father died from COVID early on in the pandemic, before there was a vaccine. It was a terrible death.
Remember though, anecdotes aren't data.
Also, I know people who didn't get the vaccine who got COVID and were fine. Never hopspitalized for that matter. My daughter and her family visited the northern part of Italy which was shut down just the day after they got home (due to COVID) and she and her family got the Omicron variant right after that trip, and were fine - this was before any vaccines (for lack of a better word) became available.I've enuf anecdotes to be statistically significant.
Of a dozen or so people I know who died or nearly
died of Covid, not a single one was vaccinated.
Of the many dozens I know who got the shot,
not one was ever seriously ill.
How do I know?
I'm nosy....I ask questions too personal....I talk
about this stuff endlessly. My post count is
proof of my excessive delving into the human
condition.
Alas, the anti-vaxers live in a world of whim.
Paranoia of a government plot to fill them with
nano-bots....to alter their DNA....or just a plot
to train people to be obedient. Whatever
belief they latch onto makes them immune
to science.
Vaccination Dramatically Lowers Long COVID Risk
Several new studies reveal that getting multiple COVID vaccine doses provides strong protection against lingering symptomswww.scientificamerican.comNew research shines light on how COVID-19 vaccination reduces severity and mortality after breakthrough infections
In one of the largest studies of its kind, researchers provide answers to whether COVID-19 vaccinations reduce sickness and mortality following infection with SARS-CoV-2.medicalxpress.comCOVID-19 vaccines reduce hospitalization, death in people with prior infection, study finds
Two-dose COVID-19 vaccines significantly increase protection against hospitalization and death in people who had the illness before they were immunized.med.stanford.edu
Instead of the above info, we get reasoning
like....
"My neighbor Bob got the vaccine, & he died
of something a week later."
"I got the vaccine, & I still got Covid. The shot
didn't prevent it!"
Lots of things have happened after people have been vaccinated. That doesn't mean they happened as a result of being vaccinated. And as more time passes after vaccination, more things are going to happen to people. Humans age with time and there are inevitable health issues associated with aging.Good. As for anecdotes not being data, I do know that but I also know that a friend of mine died of COVID after taking five shots, supposedly against COVID, the last one being only two months before she died.
Exactly! Also, I know people who didn't get the vaccine who got COVID and were fine.
If vaccines don't guarantee one cannot die fromOh, and the friend of mine who did die OF COVID, died OF COVID, after five "vaccines" against it.
Is it possible that your being vaccinated isHey, I got three myself but after having a four day headache, and months and months of high blood pressure right after my last shot, I didn't get any more. I also was no longer traveling as much. I got COVID a few months later (about six) and there was nothing to it.
This friend of mine died of COVID two months after getting the COVID vaccine. For the fifth time. And I never said that every health issue she ever had afterward was due to the COVID vaccine. I just said she was vaccinated, for the fifth time, and two months later she died of COVID.Lots of things have happened after people have been vaccinated. That doesn't mean they happened as a result of being vaccinated. And as more time passes after vaccination, more things are going to happen to people. Humans age with time and there are inevitable health issues associated with aging.
Don't confuse correlation with causation.
I mean, a lot has happened to me since I was vaccinated with the MMR vaccine over 40 years ago. That doesn't mean every health issue I've ever had since then was caused by the MMR vaccine.
Here's a guy who got 217 COVID vaccinations over the span of 29 months (not recommended!) and he didn't experience any negative side effects from the vaccines and never contracted COVID.
A man deliberately got 217 COVID shots. Here's what happened
A 62-year-old from Germany deliberately got 217 COVID-19 vaccine shots in the span of 29 months, according to a new study, going against national vaccine recommendations. That's an average of one jab every four days.www.ctvnews.ca
I just found out recently I've had a heart defect I was unaware of for my entire life. If I ever contracted COVID, that could have been detrimental to me.Also, I know people who didn't get the vaccine who got COVID and were fine. Never hopspitalized for that matter. My daughter and her family visited the northern part of Italy which was shut down just the day after they got home (due to COVID) and she and her family got the Omicron variant right after that trip, and were fine - this was before any vaccines (for lack of a better word) became available.
Oh, and the friend of mine who did die OF COVID, died OF COVID, after five "vaccines" against it. She didn't die "of something," she died OF COVID. And not a particularly strong type of COVID either.
Hey, I got three shots myself but after having a four day headache, and months and months of high blood pressure right after my last shot, I didn't get any more. I also was no longer traveling as much. I got COVID a few months later (about six) and there was nothing to it.
I am moving to Ohio from Texas because of family. As for the "vaccination against COVID" and my mild symptoms, perhaps but also perhaps not, who knows? My daughter (the one I am moving near) got the Omicron variant of COVID before any vaccinations were available and she was never hospitalized and was fine as well.Is it possible that your being vaccinated is
the reason that your Covid symptoms were
so mild? That is the classic benefit of the
Covid vaccine, ie, that it reduces the severity
of symptoms, & the likelihood of hospitalization.
Now for the important question I've not
seen answered....
Why are you moving from TX to OH?
I must know!
I advise that you avoid other people.I just found out recently I've had a heart defect I was unaware of for my entire life. If I ever contracted COVID, that could have been detrimental to me.
Could have been, who knows? Not you and not me.I just found out recently I've had a heart defect I was unaware of for my entire life. If I ever contracted COVID, that could have been detrimental to me.
That is a good reason to move.I am moving to Ohio from Texas because of family. As for the "vaccination against COVID" and my mild symptoms, perhaps but also perhaps not, who knows? Thank you, that's the plan! And I agree about the weather. That is a good reason to move.
And OH's climate is better than TX'S.
(Fewer Texans too. Alas, more Buckeyes.)
Stay healthy....whatever that involves for you.
Thanks for the info. I won't be leaving my house ever again.I advise that you avoid other people.
They're full of viruses, not just Covid 19.
(Humans are filthy animals.)
Heart Problems after COVID-19
Chest pain, shortness of breath and palpitations can persist after COVID-19. Are they heart related? A cardiologist provides perspective.www.hopkinsmedicine.org
I believe that the vast majority of people in Texas have been vaccinated. Me for one, several times. But not five or six times.Talk about dishonesty.....Texas is a major source of it.
Opposition to vaccines, & belief that diseases aren't
risky things to get is akin to religion....brains shut
down....belief is reinforced.
I just got my 8th Covid shot last week.I believe that the vast majority of people in Texas have been vaccinated. Me for one, several times. But not five or six times.
