Supreme Court to Decide Whether to Kick Trump Off Ballot

I am not keeping anyone off the ballot, I don't even live in your country.

But I do know that in the U.S. the States run the election, and they will make that decision based on the laws of the State.
Yes and it will be instantly shot down by the Supreme Court.

You can’t simply accuse someone of a crime, forego his right to a defense, and sentence him.

Do you have any idea how unconstitutional that is?

Do you even know what we are talking about? Nobody is talking about sentencing anyone to anything. The States decide who is or is not on the ballot. It is not a "sentence".

Pick up his phone.
It doesn’t work like that lol.

There is a chain of command specifically so a president does not have access to a personal military unit.

There are many people involved in this chain, starting with the mayor and there were many delays from many issues, all of which had nothing to do with Trump.

Nice try

You are mistaken about this.

Nope, I just verified it actually. The president doesn’t deploy the national guard he can only authorize the pentagon to do it after they request it, which took them hours.
Besides the DC national guard does not have units on standby meaning it would have taken 8-10 hours to call them up and deploy them.

Our process was so delayed that other states were actually able to get guard units there before DC could.

And again, none of this has anything to do with Trump, he authorized their release instantly after the request was made.

You really need to do even a tiny bit of research before you post

Possibly. The USSC has lost all credibility lately.

But who knows, with all of the pressure on Thomas's bribe taking perhaps they will do the right thing for once.

The only correct thing to do is to convict Trump of partaking in an insurrection then dole out punishment.
