The debate is on

Nope.
they are lies because they are flat out wrong statements said for no other reason than to deceive.
Then it should be easy to spot. Issue solved. Move on.

Otherwise, it's just plain biased truthseeking if it's just one half who thinks so.

Twilight Hue

they are easy to spot.
they are also easily shown to be bold face lies.

The problem is those who prefer the lies over truth.
I.E Trump.
No it's not easy to spot. There would be no argument of it was actually easy to spot.

Not liking the truth has absolutely no bearing on the truth being the truth.

Thus it matters not one whit what people think of the truth.
Bidens' lies from CNN

He used false numbers while describing two of his key Medicare policies,
falsely claimed that no US troops had been killed on his watch,
repeated his usual misleading figure about billionaires’ tax rates,
baselessly claimed that Trump wants to eliminate Social Security,
falsely said that the unemployment rate was 15% when he took office,
inaccurately said that the Border Patrol union had endorsed him
exaggerated Trump’s 2020 comments about the possibility of treating Covid-19 by injecting disinfectant.

He made other false statements about Trump's "loser" comment and "fine people" comment. I am sure there were others.

The narrative that Trump lied and Biden was just off is a lie.

I never once said that Biden did not lie.

The conversation you butted into started out about Trumps lies and then moved to lying in general.

I never said you said Biden did not lie. Others have made a narrative that Trump lied and Biden was not good. The fact is both lied.

If anyone here carried out the amount of personal attacks that happened at the debate, they would be suspended or banned lol
That would depend on what side one was on. ;0)

International rule of forum rules states that the one with biggest stick ban button always wins! Always!

Well there ya have it. Bother sides told lies.

"While there were misleading statements from both sides, Trump did so far more than Biden. CNN counted over 30 false statements made by the former president, while the network said Biden made at least nine false or misleading statements during the debate."

So does this excuse Biden's lies? BTW Biden told more than 9, I pointed out two more CNN did not count.

A good woman stands by her man in spite of the obvious.

I dont think there was a first lady I didn't like no matter the party.

Yes she stood by Joe. That's great.

However Melania didn't even show up. That speaks volumes.

That is one fact that goes hard against Trump that I can't argue against.

Melania was a far better first lady than even I expected her to be. I'm proud of her actually. Very classy woman.

The saddest thought that comes across my mind is the closeness of the Trump family.

If you cannot unite one's own family, how can the same unite a country of strangers?
