It's been a couple of months since the last post in this thread. Thought I'd bring this thread back into the "new posts" list just in case there's someone out there who hasn't heard of Easyway yet.
It's a method that actually makes it easy to quit smoking immediately, enjoyably, and permanently. It works by changing one's perception of smoking and nicotine addiction in order to remove the fears associated with quitting smoking. Once you're in the right mindset, it doesn't take willpower to quit, and the physical withdrawals are so mild they're barely even noticeable.
The method exists as a clinic you can attend, a book you can read, an audiobook, DVD, webinar... heck, even a video game. And any one of these ways of experiencing Easyway is effective all by itself. It's all about what will make you more comfortable so you can give it your full attention and concentration.
By recommending Easyway (I usually recommend first trying the book/audiobook as it is the most cost effective), several people in my life and several people here at RF have successfully (and easily) become non-smokers.
You can too. If you have any questions, please let me know.
