As far as what humans created so they could better organize and cooperate, yes. Religious behavior was one of many things that offered humans an advantage to survive. It resulted from basic tribalism, and came after permanent settlements formed. Religious ideas became more complex as soceties got more complex. This offers a good explanation.

Sorry, this is delusional. Evolution is a well supported explanation of what we observe nature doing. Your beliefs are related to an extremist form of Christianity, which is religious.
