Why would I do that?
I've just learned some new math: how do you make 10 out of 5 and 8?
Take an axe and chop up the 5 using as many of the pieces as you need to make a one. Chop the middle out of the 8 and sand it down to get a zero.
I like that answer better than the one I was provided:
Take two away from the 5 and add it to the 8. That equals 10 (...Plus 3 left over, but you're supposed to ignore those lonely old three sitting out there on their own...)
I, however, prefer to take three away from the 8 to make another five, then add them together! (They still won't tell me what to do with those left overs, though)...
In some parallel or maybe it's nonparallel universe, this makes sense...
In my nonpareil universe, winning is the simplest thing.
