I lost the desire to get drunk many years ago. And now my stomach gets annoyed with me if I drink any wine except with a large meal and then only a small glass.
I've been drunk twice this year. And that's a lot for me. The first time was during lunch after my covid shot, and it was spicy foods that included salsa and margaritas. And the margaritas were really good and hitting the spot, as was the spices. Salty heat and tangy citrus and tequila, and it was just so good. The last time also involved margaritas, and was me doing that "getting drunk" think I kept telling myself I was going to do after so many weekends of driving drunk people around.

Win having just tried hot sauce on pizza. It was super delicious and wins a lot.

There is a pizza van call to the village every Saturday. Sachets of hot (very hot) sauce is given away with each pizza.

Yup a super delicious win

I don't drink much or at all these days. I have been trying a little before bed time lately to see if it will help with sleep. One of my biggest health issues is sleep. Probably my biggest.

It was good on pizza. I like Frank's better than Tabasco, but I still like Tabasco. Frank's has less of a vinegar taste to it. I understand it is the original hot sauce for Buffalo chicken.
Frank's is milder than Tabasco, so I tend to use more of it.
This makes the food more vinegary.
But I prefer habenero based hot sauces.
