Lamb, paidakia style
Lamb it is. I had to google paidakia. Traditionally done with lamb chops but I think I can adapt to a leg roast.

That is a real quandary. I like lamb and pork. But today, I would go with the lamb. I really like roasted lamb leg.Should I do lamb or pork roast for dinner tonight?

Dang! You sank my battleship.I had to go with a boned leg roast, I would prefer bone in but he only had 3 and they were massive, I think they came off a giraffe. Would have been way too much for 2 of us. But I have enough for roast tonight and kebabs with the left overs tomorrow. Win!
Dang! You sank my battleship.
That sounds great.
We don't have that here in the USA by that name. The Oracle at Google tells me it's good ole acetaminophen and we do have that.
The tooth is out. There was a lot of sitting waiting for the novocaine to do its job. Once he started, it was over before I knew it. Now I'm sitting here with gauze in my mouth to help clots form and with strict instructions about what to not eat for the next 24 ours (hot, spicy, chewy). Yogurt, ice cream, pudding are all OK. But I'm winning by starting on the mending route.
