I'm struggling...

I want lasagna. I do not have the energy to make it. I cannot afford it from anywhere worth eating it from(the frozen stuff isn't worth the box it comes in).

Difficult situation.

The only solution i see is supervise one of the kids making it.

I'm at a point where I prefer homemade, but don't want to be the one to make it.

Considering which of the cats might be most trainable.

I don't love cooking but I do love eating and Karen doesn't cook so I only have one option.

Well she did cook once about 20 years ago, she made me jelly when I was sick, we're still waiting for it to set.

The cats would be a better bet.

My solution is, when i make Bolognese i always make twice as much as i need then freeze half.

So for lasagna i just have to defrost the sauce(s), soften the sheets, layer it up, top it with grated cheese and bung it in the oven.

Then i sometimes make extra bowls of lasagne and freeze them
