The singer went on to jazz. I think her name is Grace Field
That's what I read.

I think I remember that concert more for the opening band. An outfit called Blind Date out of New York if I recall correctly. The lead guitarist was pretty good. Even broke a string and kept right on playing without messing anything up.

A long, loud fart of a win. It was so powerful that the heavens shook, the sun ran away, the mountains collapsed, and the hearts of courageous men melted and their bodily strength was lost. It was glorious and, might I add, satisfying.

We currently have a lesser version of one of those running for office.

About three years ago, I sampled a few jazz subgenres for the first time. Smooth jazz was the best one to me.
I'm familiarizing myself with the pallet of styles. I found an internet radio that has a wide sampling of various music back to the 10's and 20's as well as older classical music. It is free for now, I hope it stays that way. They also have a vast selection of rock, country and gospel by year, decade and style. I've been listening to a lot of obscure late 70's and early 80's metal that was clearly inspirational to the formation of numerous subgenres related to speed metal, death metal and similar.
