There are also two cities of St. Louis as well. In both cases, the best is on the Missouri side. In my unbiased opinion. And, once again, everything is up to date in Kansas City.

Then I guess asking Louie to "meet me in St. Louis, Louie," might have been confusing. He probably ended up in Kansas City by mistake.
