Well, there is a Weather Bomb Cyclone on the way...but I am on the edge of it. If things don't change I will be getting 1 to 3 inches. However on the coast it is likely going to be like what it was in Massachusetts in 1978 when I lived there and one hit. Just got a call from the oldest...the "I'm 20,and an engineering major so I know what I'm doing" oldest...he has decided to head to NYC later this afternoon.... NYC...the major city in the cross hairs of the Weather Bomb Cyclone"...gonna stay with friends...was not even aware there was a storm coming and now that he know...doesn't seem to care...... last words...he'll see us in a week..... alreasdy told him to leave no, not later....but he needs to go to the gym first...... told him I hope he gets there safely, but he should count on being stranded....he'll be ok.... he'll take the trains...and buses..... that likely will not be running either

Here what is going to happen if there is a problem.... I will be getting a call...likely early in the morning wanting to know what to do and asking for help.......

I have a long, long day ahead of me today. Just a few hours short of what one can legally work in one day.
But the pay off is I'll go in tomorrow, write my notes, submit some paper work, research a couple clients, find a homework curriculum for them, and I'll be done.

Was with my wife on Wangfujing in Beijing and she was telling me who Southerners eat weird food.....as she was eating, what I can only describe as, sparrows on a stick.

Kinda makes you feel vegetarian doesn't it?

I like dòufu and I have had Xuè dòufu (血豆腐). If it was all I HAD to eat, I could do it...if I had to.... Compared to the other strange foods I have tried since I meant my wife it is the most palatable. BUt I am thinking the Xuè bit (Xiěyè [血液]) make it non-vegetarian....血豆腐 means Blood Tofu... but I have never been offered or seen stinky tofu (might be a southern thing) so I think, if a I ever am...I will pass

Yeah, you're solidly in Southern food. As a woman I knew years ago, who was form Guangzhou said..."We eat anything with legs, except tables and chairs". My wife, who is a Northerner, and also has her share of strange foods, says southerners eat strange things.
