Here's a non-random, very meaningful thing I just saw on Facebook.

So, there is a campaign here to prevent the building of wind turbines. According to their billboards, you can "get all the facts on Facebook."

Green energy is terrible, you know....
- Solar panels look tacky in upscale towns.
- Wind turbine are big machinery looking things.
- Solar powered monorails are dangerous.....

And the continuation (showing the power of donuts)....

If they are using the same "facts" that a similar campaign in another county used, these "facts" are just as dumb as trying to say you can find facts on Facebook. Like trying to say they are noisy, but they are fairly quiet. They tried to say they reduce property values, but when the last campaign was launched there was only one example that could be found where property values did decrease due to wind turbines. Fortunately those with false views on reality did not win in the other county, and hopefully they do not win here.

Some posts make my head hurt. So it means that some of mine make your head hurt, probably. Please accept my apology.

When I know that I am dying I will talk to all of us who are dying. One body, you know. And I will ask them all, "who's first?"

Vaccines turn people into zombies.
Aliens are controlling our minds.
Donald Trump has been turned into a robot by Pence.

And worst of all, donuts are drug delivery systems hooking people on eating more donuts and progressing to eating bacon and haggis.

The first 2 in my list were actually serious.
Solar panels & wind turbines see much opposition due to their appearance,
even in the ultra-lefty area where I live. Even liberals are paranoid about
possibly reduced property values.

I'd rather see more big ugly wind turbines & solar panels
than I would more coal fired or nuclear power power plants.

I hate when I can't find something (Murphy's Oil Soap) and then while doing something else I find it, but then the next time I want it I forgot where I found it!
