Tomorrow I will get my non-broken cell phone in the mail. Or, I suppose, dumb phone. After a few years of having one, I find myself once again asking "what's the point?" I'd rather carry a few extra things with me than this overpriced and way too delicate junk that's going to be too obsolete to use in a few years anyways. My S4 Active, not an iPhone, but even if it were in flawless condition it can't get a high enough version of android for some apps. Including my car insurance. Too bad regular cell phones are hard to find, and often expensive when you do (how I ended up with a dumb phone in the first place).

That's why I'm not fond of the idea of non-medical professionals having a say. I don't know those you mentioned, obviously, but it's certainly not unusual for a MtF to be lesbian. Being denied for being lesbian isn't valid, and American care stopped enforcing such things (including having to have a stereotypical female job) some decades ago (I can't recall exactly when).

The judge kept me one hour asking me about my sexual life in detail...I had to be very explicit and he wrote a three pages verdict.
In that verdict it is written how many times I was penetrated too...
Of course it is natural to be diffident towards MtF people who have sex with women being the active part in the sexual intercourse. Who are a minority btw. Because they are more likely to miss that intercourse
