Well, to me your age is very old indeed, since now I recall you saying there are grandchildren. Do you (at such an advanced age) have a righteous justification for pursuing a certificate? Perhaps you are using this *certificate* as a subterfuge to pursue women on campus? I guess what I would like to ask very politely is "What is this really about?"
First I do not have grandchildern
Second I have kids and one will be starting college next year and the other many years later
Third I have a job so I can't quit work to go to school
Fourth the program is online through a university
As to what it's about...and just what the heck do you think it is about...World Domination of course

This is one of the best burgers I have ever made.It has ground chuck,bacon,pepper jack cheese,mushrooms,tomato,lettuce,pickles,mayo,ketchup, mustard,grilled onions,jalapeños,salt and pepper.

I have never been able to stomach the taste and texture of mushrooms and I'm not a huge condiment person. I like mayo on my burgers, or maybe even BBQ sauce depending on the burger, but not the ketchup, pickle, mustard combo. 
I thank the Lord that it does not last more than one day.It's not anymore?

Nothing beats oysters on the half shell. Some lemon and a bit of pepper and mint. YUM!
I have one more year left in my 40s (I'm 49). Ask me this again next November.

I have never tried it with mint before.I eat them straight of the shell.I will put lemon and cocktail sauce sometimes,but I love the taste of the ocean on them.
Ps.Mussels & clams too.
