Hmm I guess it depends how you view quality. The picture for justice is what I'd also call equality. It takes the "weaker" person up to the same level as others, thus becoming equal to them.
Can we then say that justice in this case gave equality as well, but equality was unjust? Or in other words, justice is better than equality?
Again depends on word definitions... Concepts as justice and equality mean different things to different people.
In this case, the picture of justice is equality to me. I don't think the equality picture represents what I think equality means.
