I may be retired but I'm having a Monday, a geeky Monday.

Many people's overlord, Microsoft, has a imitation in the path length for a file. Someone I volunteer with believes that path and file names benefit from prolixity. I just sent her an email saying we need to reduce the path names to something that robocopy (and Microsoft in general) like.

Then I had to send her an immediate followup email since the destination folder name was even longer than the source folder name.

IT geekly happy happy joy joy dance is my fate.
