It was the word of the day. Too bad if you thought it was TMI.

I had a day off from work, which is nice. The fireworks don't really carry the same fascination for me as when I was younger. The date itself is not really that important, at least in terms of celebrating the country's "birthday." Did it really start on July 4, 1776, or did it start in the previous year when hostilities began? Or maybe our true birth is when the hostilities ended and our independence was recognized? Maybe it happened much earlier.

The Brits supported abortion for the US...........

Yeah. I had to fight my mom over them because she does not know how to prepare a steak for cooking, nor does she understand the concept of indirect heat.

I'm clearly no one as is my wife. Of course the copy we have is from before they hooked up a suction pump to our bank accounts to suck money out every month automatically.

I like GIMP, but it took me a whole year back when to get used to it.

I preferred to use it over Photoshop in the studio. It was far easier to learn than Photoshop and faster at doing basic tasks. And as a bonus, it's free

We still use it now.
