Lately I've been reminding myself of memes about introverts where when the rest of the world is happy, they are sad, but when most of the world is sad, they are happy. Or something.

Those who want to have @Wu Wei and @Revoltingest to have a drawn out, bloody, nasty fight and then literally licking each other's wounds to make up for it when they think everyone has left.
It's also great for those who wish to fight themselves à la Highlander, complete with beheading.
Gimp is nice, but it's a child's magic hat kit next to the wizardry that is Adobe Suite. And speaking of wizardry, how about we say abbra kaddabra and give @sun rise the mew of a kitten, a Bob Marley poodle dew and turn his fur green with hints of purple and orange, make him the size of Godzilla (one of the smaller ones so he can get through the city streets), turn his dander into cannabis, and call him Sunny the Big Green Dog.

You huffing corn fumes again?

Nope. I just know how to unleash Abode Suite to it's fullest extent, allowing me to put @Revoltingest in bed with both Bill and Hillary Clinton. They did have awkward, scary, eye-blinding relations with each other.

Interesting...me thinkest you have to much time on your hands and need to spend more time practicing stabbing

The Brits supported abortion for the US...........

I think America had already been born, but we were in a rebellious teenage stage. I think the French and Indian War was instrumental in creating the sense of unity within the colonies. Though still part of the British Empire, they had the makings and structure for self-rule, which is what they had been doing anyway, up until the French and Indian War.

I suppose if they wanted to abort the U.S., they could have just surrendered to the French back during the French and Indian War (aka "Seven Years War" for those who suck at naming wars). That would have been an interesting twist in history.

But it was in the aftermath of that war that the discontent and dissension started to mount. Kind of like the teenage angst/delinquent phase. July 4 1776 is probably more analogous to our date of coming of age.

On the right track? Timeline? Nope. We're much closer to being adolescents currently.

Stevicus, you are accusing Merca of being older than she is...As I recall the IRS has OUR birth certificate......IRS doesn't like citizens trying to make Merca feel self conscious about her age..........nough said...!!

Yeah, I can see that. I suppose looking back over our history, we were pretty much adolescent throughout, especially in the 19th century when we were little terrors, the worst kind of juvenile delinquents. By the 20th century, we were no longer street punks terrorizing our own neighborhood, but we had reached our "Goodfellas" stage, where we might have been just as juvenile and immature, yet wore three-piece suits and had a lot more cash and style. Far more dangerous, too.

Not necessarily. It just depends on how you look at it. America could even be younger, if you look at it another way, such as noting our birth at the moment our independence was recognized by Great Britain, which was in 1783 - seven years younger.

Or, if one wishes to get more hypothetical, one can look at the Civil War as such a monumental, watershed event in our history that the U.S. was "reborn" and mark that as the "birth."

@Wu Wei and @Revoltingest don't need pseudo help ;-)

There are far better tools to produce film magic, 3DsMax, Maya, and even Blender.

Like i said, Photoshop is powerful, some features are not available in gimp, those features are specialist tools not require by mr and mrs average.

And your improvementts to @sun rise, can be done one any half reasonable graphics editor
